Rexburg Local here:
Don't trust any reviews older than 1 year.
This was an iconic place to go eat because it was alright food for really cheap. All these reviews are out of date because most of them regard how cheap it was and a nice place to eat. Now they have turned their ideals into how can we make more and more money instead of just keeping it what it was and what locals grew up knowing it to be. For example, a fountain drink here is now $2.99. This is one example among everything else being ridiculously priced. This is not what locals grew up going to anymore. They use the name Paragon still instead of rebranding it like they did with everything else because of the old reviews manipulating how people see the reviews. This is no longer the paragon we all knew and loved.

Wow...what a pleasant surprise to find such high-quality food at a small hospital café! I had the grilled turkey sandwich on sourdough, which was absolutely melt-in-your mouth delicious! I wanted some raw veggies on the side (not on the menu), and the staff went looking for some and found some for me...what great service! My kids recommended the cafe when I was going to leave the hospital to get some lunch. They said that their multiple experiences in the café during a stay were also excellent! Highly recommend!

This place is always phenomenal in service and food! Heather makes some mean brisket and deserves a raise for the awesome work she does with her team.
I ordered the sourdough grilled cheese and tots. The sandwich had a really strong flavor of either mold or chemical. I couldn't eat it. But the tator tots were good and there was enough to feed 3-4 people. Everything was priced cheap. And they had homemade banana bread as an option to buy @ $0.80 per small loaf.

This is a great place for a cheap meal! Better and cheaper than fast food. They make the food fresh, so it takes a little bit. Probably the best deal you can get in Rexburg.

This place is the best
I absolutely LOVE their food! Favorite is probably chicken fried chicken and chocolate cake. Super cheap, too. Definitely a go-to for date night! Or any night, really.
Some of the best food in Rexburg! Chefs are wonderful! Staff is so kind and helpful! This is our favorite place to eat in Rexburg!!
Good food and good prices
I love this place. You wouldn’t expect a hospital to have such great food. Listen to all the reviews. Maybe not the best place if you’re in a rush (but that’s because they make it fresh and yummily) but it’s always delicious and fairly priced. I’m hooked. Stdve
