Either my mobile order is done incorrectly, not ready, or some extraneous detail (due to the incapability of the app) is utterly taxing on the staff. Redemptively, the food invariably ends up being delicious.

The opening hours are posted at 6:30 AM. I tried to walk in this morning at 7:45 AM and found all of the doors locked and the employees were juststaring out at me.What the heck?

Used the kiosk in the lobby to purchase a meal. Couldn’t get the coupon in the app to read for the 20% off with a frosty purchase. My wife’s chicken pecan salad was fresh and tasty she said. My burger was cold and the fries overcooked and dark.
