Went in today with family and all our food was cold, Mac n cheese noodles were hard. Couldn’t scan for survey on receipt because printer must’ve been about out of ink so QR code didn’t work. Not good experience at all

I had Arby's in Rigby for lunch 3 times in 2 weeks and each time the food was really good, crispy chicken and excellent crinkle fries and just well put together food. Fast food chains rarely deserve 5 stars and realistically this Arby's is more deserving of a 4 stars but I am trying to over evaluate since they deserve some love with a current 3.4 star rating. Thanks to the team here for making me happy with the food purchased.

Have ordered from here pretty regular. Last time they messed up on a sandwich. Not. Really a big deal. Tonight ordered around $27.00 worth of food. They refused a $100.00 bill. Wouldn't make change. They said they don't want to get robbed. Does it matter if you have $100.00 in small bills or a $100.00 dollar bill.. it's the same amount. I don't know if I'll go back for a while.

Just bought 2 quarter pound $10 BBQ sandwiches....Brisket and pulled pork ...new items mind you ...got them home and they both were so tiny and did not even weigh a quarter pound . Very chincy and weak! Do better for the $20 I spent!

We ordered two french dips and they didnt give us the aju sauce so i called them and thr girl was extremely rude and said im sorry u cant do anything about that. And said bye and hung up. I wont go and spend my money there ever again.

The staff has always been amazing. But the fries and chicken are always undercooked. I can't take my child here because food poisoning, cook your food longer Arby's!!!!
