Just bought 2 quarter pound $10 BBQ sandwiches....Brisket and pulled pork ...new items mind you ...got them home and they both were so tiny and did not even weigh a quarter pound . Very chincy and weak! Do better for the $20 I spent!

We ordered two french dips and they didnt give us the aju sauce so i called them and thr girl was extremely rude and said im sorry u cant do anything about that. And said bye and hung up. I wont go and spend my money there ever again.

The staff has always been amazing. But the fries and chicken are always undercooked. I can't take my child here because food poisoning, cook your food longer Arby's!!!!

Place hasn't been open long and has already declined. Idk what it is about people that work in the food industry in Rigby... nothing ever stays good. This Arby's is now basically a dumpster fire. Half the time you don't even know if they are open or not because there are little to no lights on inside. If you pull up the drive through order box, I have had times nobody came on even though it was during business hours and there was no sign about being closed. Food takes forever to come through and most of the time you won't get your sauce. Staff is usually very nice but based off everything happening inside they're also incompetent or just really do not care. Everytime we come here it's worse and worse. The food isn't even up to quality when you get it. And based off last night what you do get probably won't even be what you ordered. We ordered 2 large meals, and got small drinks with those even after specifically asking for large. Unfortunately by the time we got home I also realized the BBQ chicken wrap I had ordered was changed to a Buffalo chicken wrap. If they were busy I understand things happen and wires get crossed in the chaos. But this place is never that busy. They even tried to give my husband the wrong order from the person ahead of us that didn't get their food for whatever reason and just drove off... so we know it was just a swapped ordered. Just lack of care. Nobody from top to bottom cares enough to be there to have a good staff or hold any one accountable for anything. Waste of space in a good building at this point.

The wife and I stopped at Arby’s in Rigby for lunch on 3/27/2024. It was after 2:00 PM so the big sign in the window listed what you could get and the price between 2:00 and 5:00 PM. We ordered based on the sign and was told that the sign was just an advertisement but the price was different. We went ahead and ordered and it cost $4.00 more than if the signs prices were honored. If that is not false advertisement I do not know what is. Take the sign down if you are not going to honor the prices. Very cooked.
