Walked in with my kids and stood at the counter for 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me cook saw me and didn't care to grab someone to take my order. They guy came up and wasn't even nice beas very short and then we got our food and it was very dry and two of the burgers had hair in them. Was not happy.

The lady who helped us today through the drive-through was so sweet and had incredible service. They were fast and accurate. And she made my husband's birthday so much better. They've just won 2 lifelong customers. Thank you to that sweet lady!!!
Every time that I’ve went they always take forever in the drive thru, I’m always having to pull up and wait for my food. I ordered a meal and a side they came out with only my side. Went inside to get my meal and it was just sitting there. No one came up to me while I was waiting for a good couple minutes… lobby was empty and there was only one car behind me.

I get food from this artic circle all the time. I haven't decided to do a review till now. The reason being, usually the hamburgers are thrown together pretty sloppy and always make a mess. This last time however, they were so well put together I had to ask the name of the cook. The cook Sage, did a very good job and I appreciate the hamburgers being made by him and look forward to non-sloppy hamburgers in the future!
