Every single time I go to DQ they take so long to get my order. I went today and I waited 30 minutes to get my food. It wasn’t even rush hour. There was barely anyone there.

Terrible experience tonight! Waited 3rd in line for over 40 minutes! With a Mobil order then once got to the window we had to wait for them to even start the order because they never saw the meals! What the heck, I understand places get busy but 3rd in line for over 40 minutes is a bit on the ridiculous side.

Worst service ever. We went through the drive through tonight and ended up leaving without our order because we were left waiting at the window for 15+ mins with no sign of an employee. I even called the store and got no answer. Where is a manager when you need one? Won't be going back.

I treated my girls to DQ after their piano festival and we were handed 2 melted messy cones, both of them looked like this and had the dipped chocolate dripping down the cone and super clumpy. We usually have good experience here but this was pretty sad and made a big mess. The girl working didn’t offer napkins, just shoved the cones out, shut the window and walked away.

The service was horrendous. We went through the drive thru and the attendant wasn’t listening to our order. Once we got to the window she was very forgetful and ignored us. We had to tell her multiple times that we already paid and were waiting on our food. Then after 15 minutes of waiting at the window for our food, we finally got it. Except she forgot our ice creams and was very oblivious. This was an extremely disappointing interaction, I’ve never had a bad experience at DQ until going to the Rigby location.

I had ordered six ice creams one being a cone ice cream and I have been sitting in the line for at least 30 minutes there's two cars behind me and all I can see is employees smacking each other's legs laughing standing in circles and talking and it's just a bit ridiculous Yes I understand that it can be busy but I been watching through the window and I've seen two people walk up the whole entire time and two girls one's name is Danielle and then the other one I'm not sure what her name is but very unprofessional smacking each other's butts legs laughing giggling and still have not received any of the ice cream or the blizzards that we had ordered I can see on the screen that there's absolutely no orders waiting to be made so I'm not sure if this is just like a normal thing that dairy Queen does but very disappointing that I have to wait a half hour for ice cream and that's only a half hour when I'm at the window not when I was behind another vehicle that had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes

I ordered a Carmel cheesecake blizzard and got 1.5 cheesecake pieces. They charged .40 for three peanuts on a hit fudge sundae. They can really be cheap and not in a good way.

I never post negative reviews but I feel like my experience warrants it. I waited in a six car lane for 45 minutes before getting my two items that I ordered. As I was at the window the employees were messing around and one even threw a cup of ice cream into the sink where it splattered everywhere. Disgusting. My blizzard was soupy and the caramel malt tasted like a vanilla milkshake with the smallest amount of caramel in it. The employee taking money went from handling money and cards straight to the ice cream machine without washing his hands or using gloves. I will not be going back.

Slow service in drive thru, blizzards were melty, took 25 minutes to get 6 vehicles through the line. Not too impressed with this location at the moment. I'm comparing similar order and time of day with Blackfoot location which did much better. Hopefully this will be taken as construcive criticism and corrective changes made to better the offering to the Rigby community.

food was good. The employees (specifically Cyldia) were very moody and it took a long time to get my food. drive through menu is also incorrect and had items listed that they actually do not sell. My experience was kinda ass but it is what it is i guess.
