We recieved the majority of our order, but they forgot our large cheddar tatertots. So we went back through the drive through for the tots and they gave us tatertots, but they weren't large or cheddar. Frustrating. And their burrito quality has not been amazing the last few times we've been to this location. Disappointing because we have always liked Fiesta Ole.

I just asked for extra hot sauce and got told I would have to pay for it. I ordered a 5 pack of crisp bean burritos and was given 5 sauce packets. Pay for a couple extra hot sauces ??? Come on. I gave them 2 dollars and left. Hopefully they can give the next couple customers an extra hot sauce or two. I will never go there again. Absolutely ridiculous.

The drive thru employee was really rude didn’t want to take his time to take our order even tho we were the only customers there. I ordered my food finally we waited in the drive thru at the window for an hour waiting on my order didn’t get what I asked for and the food takes nasty. And the food is very overpriced for the amount that was served.

We were there when they opened and no one answered the door or the drive through. Like we don't even know if it is still in business. We were there at 1030. So we had to drive to Idaho falls to get a food. Not really impreased with this restaurant

The cashier was so busy watching the television right over our heads that I finally had to ask her if she could stop watching TV long enough to take our orders. She never apologized for her lack of attention to your guests! So disappointed!

I have now gone in 2 separate times and BOTH TIMES BACK TO BACK I have received wrong food. Once was ordering through the drive through and once was ordering inside. Questioning if I should even care to go back if im constantly having to make a 10 minute trip back to town to pick up food after they messed up the order and then had to PAY STILL FOR THE FOOD THEY GOT WRONG!

Twice now on Friday evening we were there at 7:45. They close at 9. The condiment bar had been taken down, the kid vacuumed the rug with this noisy loud vacuum, and swept the floor, loudly scraping chairs across the floor. Why are they making us feel like we got there at closing time? It was almost like he was trying to get us to leave. The food however was good.

The low carb salad is basically a container of lettuce with not even a half a cup of meat. You pay $9 for lettuce so much I had to take some out and it was still mostly lettuce
