Everytime I go there 30 minutes to an hour before close they always say I can’t get pizza. They say they have shut down everything in the back and refuse service even during open hours.

We asked for bread sticks and they were out. We asked if they could make some and was told no. When I tried to make a complaint to corporate I just get a repeat message saying they were unavailable. Worst customer service ever.

The general manager was awful toward me, I asked why the old lady in the back didn’t wash her hands after using the restroom then went straight to making pizzas, I even seen her lick pizza sauce off her hands then continued to make pizzas, I asked the general manager when she didnt wash her hands and, she gave me so much attitude she even rolled her eyes at me, honestly worst service I’ve seen, this needs to change!There was also kids running around the back, the safety in this establishment is awful, I will NOT be recommending this little Caesar’s to anyone, the general manager need to be changed to someone competent enough to do there job!

The pizza was really bad, like got made this morning and then sold in the afternoon. Crust was super hard and the bottom was just as bad, would not recommend.
It was closed at 9:30 when it says it closes at 10.

They did their math wrong. When they reduced the pizza size by 50% due to inflation, they accidentally reduced the sauce by 75%. And they also forgot that even though the pizza is smaller, it still requires the same amount of pressure to cut it into individual pieces.

I went in to order a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks , simple order . how could anyone mess that up. They handed me my order and the pizza had only cheese and it was not cooked fully. I asked for a new pizza and she told me no so i asked for a manager and a lady named Shadawn came out and she was incredibly rude to me. She was wearing casual clothes so i assume she was a manager . but she disregarded my order . then told me i was holding up the line. i will not be back and i don’t think they care about the quality of the food they produce and i don’t think the lady i spoke with cares the experience her customers have and the food they receive . i would easily give this a one start review . only go if you are wanting to be disappointing

I just stopped in to pick up dinner and despite being crazy busy the employees were having a good time working their butts off. It was an enjoyable experience even though we did have to wait a few minutes for our food. Thanks guys!
