I just came here for the first time today! The food was 1000000/10. The front desk lady was so kind. By far the best customer service I’ve ever had. Name a better restaurant….YOU CAN’T!!!!! Everyone needs to come here immediately

I love this place! The lunch service is exceptional. Everytime I go there, the waitress knows exactly what I am going to order...(special 16) with Sprite and a side of chili paste. I witnessed her doing the same with other patrons as well. It's because of her I go back regularly. You never see such wonderful service anymore and that goes a long way. I hope she gets paid well! If not, her boss needs to give her a raise!

I love the food, however tonight they took my order then forgot to submit it. I sat there for 30 minutes watching 3 people who came in after me get their meals. When I questioned my waiter I received no apology or even a response. Terrible communication. They took no ownership of their mistake. I left without any food, I won’t be back.

Pork chow mein was a sloppy mess topped with bacon bits. Sweet n spit chicken was just OK. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I'm Extremely disappointed in the food here. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with rice and an eggroll. The Majority of the chicken was hard and chewy inside. It tasted like old chicken that had been reheated. I mentioned it to the staff and was told maybe the chicken is so hard because it's been fried??? The rice sadly also tasted dry and old. The eggroll was possibly the worst eggroll I've ever had. 90 percent of the eggroll was a wrapper that seemed to be rolled and rolled and rolled with barely any filling in it. The wrapper was so thick and layered that the middle of the eggroll seemed undercooked as well..
Basically, Most of the meal tasted like what it would taste like if I had Chinese leftovers at home and reheated them.

Made an online order at 5:10 and was told it would be 15 minutes for pick up. Arrived and was told they gave my food to someone else. Then they tried to contact the other customer they gave our food too to have them return it to us. Rather than cooking fresh they wanted to serve us food that already left the building with a complete stranger. After no luck reaching out to the other customer they finally cooked us fresh food. I took them 20 minutes after the initial 15 minutes to get us our food. Then the lady’s says oh it’s on us tonight. I replied we already paid and she goes oh ok thanks anyways. Never going here again awful awful service!
