Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Placed order at 3:30 for pickup at 5:00 showed up at 5:08 no pizzas waited around then asked about my order was told "oh it didn't get marked" she had to dig under three piles of receipts to find mine. Hour after my pick up time I finally got my pizzas!

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Placed an order online said would be done in 20 minutes. My husband arrived there were 3 girls standing around told him he arrived too early they hadn't even started our order. Then a huge order came in same thing then it was panic mode. The family cowboy we ordered as original was so thin there were holes in the dough you could see the tray. It didn't go to the edge was ripped and tore so thin it filled the house w smoke while we tried to baby it while cooking it was not editable. I can handle poor quality food with good service but both is unacceptable for the price especially when you are standing around doing nothing. Your staff today at 4 pm needs training on customer service and quality!!!

Pulled in 4 minutes before closing and a girl saw us and ran and turned off the open sign then hid behind the counter. You can literally make a pizza in 1 minute, it’s not like you have to cook it. Will never be going back! Thank goodness for more pizza stores in Rigby! I would rather spend my money elsewhere that value customers instead of closing a couple minutes early!

Their pizza is always tasty. They use fresh ingredients & they give you a good amount of toppings too! The price you pay for the food is fair, for what you get! The employees are always kind & attentive. Thank you for having caring employees! ❤️

Dietary restrictions: I started ordering their thin crust veggie pizza since I need to eat better for my health. My child is GF so he can order for that type of a diet when necessary.

Parking: Plenty of spots to park in. They have a drive-thru that you can use if you don’t want to walk in. I use the drive-thru since I’m disabled!
