Please don’t work here I worked here for quite a while. You are worked to the bone the RGM Tracy Richardson does not care for you or your well being. She talk down to you like you are a child and only cares about herself and not getting into trouble with her bosses. The pay is also absolutely ridiculous it’s an absolute joke. Also you don’t get your full tips with the new system that was installed. The actual Crew running the store is awesome though no hate to them. Also you can get fired in a moments notice without a proper explanation, but the will keep you even if you are absolutely awful I want to save you the pain I went to working for this horrendous company.

I ave not had pizza from Rigby for a long time. I had the pizza hut lg 3 topping. It was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will order from there again.
I have been craving stuffed crust pizza for weeks. This was the first time in months I decided to eat somewhere other than my home.
I hop online and order my stuffed crust pizza and wing deal plus another plain cheese pizza. After the tip, it came to $60.
This is the picture of my pizza. The cheese was worse. I put an orero next to it and the oreo was thicker. I cannot believe I paid $60 (after an 18% tip) for this trash.
Take a little pride in what you do, or close your business. Consumers who spend their hard earned money deserve better than this.

Ordered online. Waited in the parking lot. The order was canceled after I waited over 60 minutes and then they closed the store for orders. If you don't want to work just close the store. Don't cancel the orders coming in and waste others time. I do not recommend shopping this store!

For 2 years straight, everytime I order from here, they ALWAYS forget something. Tonight it was my stuffed crust pizza. Sadly, I have given up trying to call and rectify this situation as I have experienced anything from being called a liar to being outright lied to about putting credits on an account that doesn't exist. Do yourself a favor and just spend the fuel to get food from IF.
