Ordered food waited and showed up . Then waited 10 mins at the counter to be acknowledged they were out of , breadsticks. And pan pizza crust . Never even made my order. No joke this was my first time trying this place since before covid after my last bad experience. Maybe 2030 I’ll be back

Writing this post to talk specifically about the Flynn group that owns this establishment. I ordered at 11pm and was promised a delivery around 11:29. I called after around 12:10 when the store was closed, only for a kind individual to tell me that they don't shedule drivers past 10:30 and just pray doordash will pick up orders. I ended up waiting for my food over an hour only for it to never arrive, the store to close, as well as having to wait 3-5days to get my money back. This is a horrible way to run a business, both with the lack of staffing, and allowing you to even place an order in the online system. This seem like obvious holes in management that would cause frustration to consumers that the poor employees have to deal with the fallout.

Please don’t work here I worked here for quite a while. You are worked to the bone the RGM Tracy Richardson does not care for you or your well being. She talk down to you like you are a child and only cares about herself and not getting into trouble with her bosses. The pay is also absolutely ridiculous it’s an absolute joke. Also you don’t get your full tips with the new system that was installed. The actual Crew running the store is awesome though no hate to them. Also you can get fired in a moments notice without a proper explanation, but the will keep you even if you are absolutely awful I want to save you the pain I went to working for this horrendous company.

They were the friendliest people working so nice and helpful . I really appreciate being treated like I was important. And they were happy to see me . I will be back
Ive come in a few times and not only were they cleaner than others ive been too but my food wasnt burnt, it was delicious and yhe people were goving off good vibes and were really nice

I ave not had pizza from Rigby for a long time. I had the pizza hut lg 3 topping. It was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will order from there again.
