Good Food. Good Portions Good Quality Meat and Buns. The meat to bun ratio was just right. The chopped bacon was odd but fine. I would just prefer strips and the house sauce was good but to me clashes with the BBQ sauce on the BBQ bacon burger. The waffle fries and fried pickles were awesome.
Went in yesterday and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the service was fast. They did mess up one order, but it was fixed immediately without any hesitation.
Over all really good food every time we have been in, about 4-5times now though the portion size has been different every time for the fry and tots.
Prices are on the high side but they are getting products locally so makes sense some for the high prices. But it is quality it seems.
Some of the staff have been great and helpfully and happy and we have had one that almost made us not go back because how bad his attitude was.
They could use some sound deadening it...read full review

Rigby's Patty Shack serves great food. The pastrami cheeseburger, patty melt, and pastrami sandwich are delicious. The teriyaki is a big sandwich with good flavor. The Loaded Burger Fries are amazing. The food is ready quickly and the atmosphere is relaxed. The restaurant uses local products, which makes sense for the high prices. The staff is mostly great and helpful, but some have bad attitude. The portion size of fry and tots can be different every time. The building is clean and new, but it can get loud. The burger patty is thin and the fries are subpar for some customers. Overall, the food is good and the restaurant is worth trying.
