I couldn't get my online order to work and was so frustrated because I wanted to use an online promotion. I called the store and they were so kind and helpful. Got there and my order was ready and they were so quick and amazing! Best Subway experience EVER!

I came in 5 minutes before closing while 2 girls were working, the whole time I was ordering they just kept telling me to remember that they were closing soon. Super rude overall, cutting me off in the middle of sentences and being very unfriendly, saw them getting mad through the window because more people had pulled up behind me. Then told me they couldn’t toast my sandwich when it was after 9. But didn’t mention that prior to me paying. Horrribleeee customer service

Just like every other subway, expect for some reason they are really slow here. I’ll do an online order and wait 20mins and when I show up it hasn’t even been started and then it takes another 10mins

I went through the drive thru around 11 am. There weren’t any customers in the drive-through or inside. It took a while for them to come to the speaker, especially with no customers. When I finally received the order, the bread was hard, stale and cold to the point it was inedible. Super disappointing.

Horrible experience, customer service was the worst I’ve seen. Teenagers running around, very chaotic. Ordered sandwich online, waited 25 minutes in store after the time I was supposed to pick up. Finally got my money back with no apologies or help. I have a tight schedule so missed lunch today. Don’t go here.

I’m not one to dis on teenagers working to earn a couple dollars. But I’m very disappointed.. we went in and ordered 4 sandwiches total 3 foot longs 1 kids meal. I told the “manger” or whatever they were that this was going to be a kids meal. They then were training a new worker (new worker did great!) multiple times they referred to this said sandwich as a kids meal. We got back to the car and I asked my husband to make sure our toddler’s chocolate milk got put in the bag surprise it did not, husband walked in to get the other half the kids meal we made for. The teenagers working then looked at my husband and said “ you didn’t order a kids meal you ordered a mini sub”. And proceeded to charge us again for a kids meal. So I guess if you want a kids meal make sure you tell them every second that this will be a kids meal.
These teenagers working, were horrible leaving their trainee up at the front by herself not knowing what to do, I honestly just wanted to just over the counter and give her a hug and help make my own sandwich’s.

The worst customer service. They also don’t know how an online order is supposed to work. Every time I show 15 minutes after I order it and they still haven’t started on it. I order online for a reason.

Went through the drive through and the girl did not ask me any of the questions just said “what do you want.” When it was ready it was handed to me just the sandwich no bag with napkins are anything, I had asked for it toasted and the chicken was cold and I got the sweet onion teriyaki and there was no sauce. I am an eight month pregnant who just wanted a good sandwich and was really disappointed.
