I’m going to be honest. I’m extremely annoyed that you guys have not had your hours updated on either location online. We went to the Idaho Falls location and it was closed but referred us to the Rigby location. So we took the time to drive out to Rigby just to also find it closed on a Saturday. Please get your hours updated online.

Excellent confectionaries! The caramel tastes like heaven. They use the most tart apples to make the caramel apples. The Reese pieces apple is far better than it has any right to be. It is my forst stop when I travel to Idaho.

Caramel Brownie was Rock Hard...Very Disappointing..It Taste old ... Maybe be a good idea to start putting dates on the packaging to let the customers know how long it's been sitting on the shelf.

We have been costumers of Carmel tree since they opened. We always loved their stuff and even buy Christmas boxes full of goodies every year for people we love! Unfortunately I’m sad to say i don’t think we will be shopping there anymore. We were planning on doing our yearly Carmel tree boxes this year but was sad to find out that they aren’t affordable anymore for what they give you. Their prices now are quite ridiculous so much i asked if they could put together a cheaper box and they said they could which was great but unfortunately all i could get was 1- caramel apple, 1- caramel pouch, 1- pretzel, 1 -krispy for $30. Just a singular apple is $12.50 now. Very disappointed.

Our local 4H youth take flyers around to many local businesses with Info on the 4H livestock auction. My boys took in a flyer to Caramel tree and they wouldn’t even accept the flyer, they didn’t have the decency to be kind and put it in the trash when they left. What irks me is all the other businesses in the area are kind and listen and support our youth. Many send in donation money for each kid, many actually come to the sale and purchase animals. I’m sure they get tired of kids bringing in flyers and asking for support too, but they are still decent humans. They get no benefit from these kids. However Caramel tree benefits more than most businesses in Rigby. Do you know how many kids buy buyer thank yous from Caramel tree? A LOT! And you can’t even be bothered with accepting a flyer? Give me a break. Learn how to support your community.

10 Star Review—We purchased a nice selection of goodies for our daughter's wedding, and these goodies were gone immediately! The chocolate-covered strawberries were loved by all! My only regret is that I didn't double my order. I highly recommend it. Not only did the treats taste amazing, but they looked beautiful, and the team at the Caramel Tree was top-notch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The employee who greeted me was very kind and helpful, and when I showed interest in the discount products she looked up the price without me even having to ask! Amazing service, I ended up buying several full price things. I’ll definitely be back!

This business has phenomenal treats, and their staff is very pleasant! They have caramel apples in a variety of flavors, caramel and chocolate covered Oreos, caramel covered rice crispy treats (which I love despite not liking rice crispy treats), sea salt caramels, caramel and chocolate covered brownies, cake pops, and more! You also have the option of putting together a gift basket. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who appreciates sweets, especially caramel!

Product is great. Was a little put off by clerk following behind straightening items after we put them back. Maybe wait until after customers leave to tidy up. I mean it was down town Rigby Idaho, there wasn't a line of folks waiting to get in.
