However, they don't seem to understand wanting just regular coffee. If you want a fancy gimmicky coffee, they've got you. But I ordered a coffee with flavor syrup. She asked me about milk and I said no milk. When the cup came, there was what looked like an ounce of milky sludge at the bottom and nothing else. I went back to the counter to clarify and another employee had to take over because the first one didn't seem to understand.
I kept my rating at 5 stars, however, because both girls I interacted with were so sweet; and they were super busy and all of them were handling it well. I got my actual order very quickly once they understand that I just wanted coffee with flavoring. It was very good!!
Great place for fancy coffee concoctions. But make sure you communicate clearly if you just want coffee without all the shtick.

While visiting family in Idaho they took us to this cute coffee shop. It is a great shop! The venue is very heart, body, and mind with all of the crystals, live plants, and table games. They have quite a bit of seating in the small layout which is always welcome. I visit a lot of coffee shops because everyone I know drinks coffee. I don’t personally drink or have ever drank coffee. I’m a tea person all day, everyday. I was going to grab a cuppa but with the blazing August temps I wanted something bubbly and refreshing and they delivered! I ordered a Lotus drink - Cougar’s Blood- without the lotus (the lotus is highly caffeinated which I didn’t want and don’t need) with sparkling water. It was FANTASTIC! It had the slight sweetness with the refreshing and clean on the palate bubbles that I wanted. After trying mine everyone wanted exactly what I ordered. Ha! The staff are great and were so friendly and helpful with suggestions. I returned to the shop two more times during our trip for the same drink. If you’re in or live in the area definitely go check out this thriving small business!

This shop will make whatever your heart desires! I have a very particular mocha I live and nobody in eastern idaho would make it. Until I tried the rocky bean! Staff is super nice and efficient. Huge selection of drinks and snacks. Rocky bean is my all time go to for thirst!!!

Visiting my grandparents from Oregon and I found the cutest hidden gem (no pun intended). A Crystal coffee shop in Rigby, ID?? Yes, please. Definitely stopping here regularly on my visits. I can’t believe they’ve been open for 4 years and I never knew. 10/10 coffee, service, and ✨atmosphere✨
this place deserves 5 stars! ( gave 4 originally) I came back and they obviously listened and made corrections. I will never stop coming here. amazing kind staff, 10/10. thank you guys.
I love this place! they have such a wide varieties and can make anything you want. I just wish when I asked for light ice it was actually light ice. I got the new dubai chocolate drink (amazing) but I did ask for light ice and it was almost to the top with ice. otherwise this place is more than incredible !

Rocky Bean Coffee is hands down one of the best coffee spots in Idaho. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the comforting aroma of freshly roasted beans and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft.

This is the place to get your coffee in the morning. It's right down the street from Tadd Jenkins Chevrolet in Rigby, ID. They also have really neat rocks and gems for purchase. It's a coffeshop but also a gift shop. The employees are all so nice.
