Sandwich was half of the bottom bun like a McDonald's sandwich no recit and my food got shoved in my face

I go to this Wendy’s quite often since I enjoy the food and it’s quick and easy. Often I go here either during my lunch break or for dinner sometimes. I find that often times during the day there’s not to much of a wait however the evenings it does tend to get busier and unfortunately when there is a rush at this location I do find that more errors tend to occur, as well as sometimes there being problems with the kiosk machines occasionally glitching or having problems processing transactions. Most recently when I came in to this Wendy’s for a quick evening meal, I placed my order on a kiosk and sat down, I patiently waited and had noticed that on the front monitor it said my order was ready so walked up and didn’t see an order ready yet so I stood for a moment then figured maybe they put it up early seeing as they hadn’t verbally called out the name of the order so I sat back down and waited, suddenly I noticed my order name wasn’t even on the screen anymore a few moments later an employee asked if was missing an order, I told her I was and asked if it ••••, I said no that’s not mine then she casually went back to the front counter, and at that point waited around for another couple of minutes and decided screw it and left. To avoid this situation repeating itself I would suggest closer attention to orders and customer care as well as either having the employee handling the order make sure that the right customer is getting the correct order when the order is called and/or having a way to a form of digital receipt when using a kiosk to order food. As well as having at least one staff member pay close attention to the dining area and checking up on customers especially if someone come in and looks like they have been waiting for an extended period of time.

This is the third time we visited this location and it's become our favorite Arby's location in our SE area.
The girl who helped us via the drive thru was very sweet! We thought the app deals could be used in store at drive but it's only for online orders. She was nice enough to include coupons and a good amount of horsey sauce in our bag!
One note on why it's not a 5/5 yet, the Aju was cold.

Came through the drive through today, ordered a Dave's single with no cheese/extra pickle with 10 nuggets and 2 fries. Made it out with no nuggets and no receipt. Unfortunately we didn't realize and weren't in a position to turn around. Food was good but quality checks are important, one of our party ended up just sharing fries.

You'd think they'd learn how to put a damn straw in the bag with the food, this makes atleast the 10th time they haven't for me.
Your typical Wendy's, I wish they would bring back the the pretzel bacon pub sandwich.
