September 29, 2024 @ 12:25 pm. Normal conversation in the dining area was impossible due to the boisterous talk and laughing coming from the food prep area. The employee/customer ratio was 3 to 1! I love Wendy’s, and perhaps the management can exercise a tad more oversight in this particular restaurant so that we may all continue to like Wendy’s.
The food tasted good and the workers were kind, I was just disappointed with how sloppily my food was put together, it honestly made it difficult to eat because of how awkward it was to hold. I just recommend the GM asking everyone to please make sure the food is put together nicely so the customers feel they can trust Wendy’s for a good meal.
