Just stopped here again yesterday. The owner and staff are wonderful. My sandwiches are perfectly made and I have particular requests! I know when I stop here, I will get what I want to eat. Thanks Ririe Subway!

Prioritize online orders over the line of people and employees didn’t say anything. Not good customer service.

waited 25 minutes for a 6 inch. as i’m waiting, guy with long black hair follows the previous customer all the way down the line to make his two salad bowls, and two sandwiches. after both employees ignore me and stock the entire bay they then ask what i want. halfway through making my sandwich male employee stops making my sandwich and asks entire family behind me what they want. female worker walks to the back for no reason and then comes up to finish my sandwich. horrible service

I was greeted with a mean mug by the blonde girl making my sandwich and neither of the two working had an answer for what the “cold cut combo” and what the “Parmesan vinaigrette” was. I understand they are learning customer service but they were cutting me off while I was ordering so they could talk to each other.

Clara Hayes is absolutely the best at customer service and making sure you get your food fast while looking as good as possible in her subway attire 😍 Love her!
This Subway is awful. When I walked up to the counter the employees went around for 5 minutes doing chores never addressing me. Then they were super blunt and frankly rude, the food here sucks too. Some of the vegetables seem like they've gone off. It seems like theyre always out of 99% of the bread. This is our local Subway so we've been going here for years and it used to seem like they had managers, Ive met the owner and he's really nice. I hate to see a local establishment go down like this. After the prices got hiked up on every sandwich and the service and quality hit rock bottom I think I'll drive 15 miles to another Subway and just avoid this dump.

Employee asked what I would like. I gave my order she cut the bread, and then started to do chores. Not getting more meat but buttering more bread sticks going into the back totally ignoring the customer waiting for a sandwich. Looking at other comments, I can see im not the only one. Someone needs to train staff on customer service.

I stop at this gas station often, as I go to Swan Valley often. Over the years I've tried getting a sandwich here only 3 different times, even though I've wanted one. There is usually no staff behind the counter, or the line is crazy long with only one staff. Yesterday I tried again. 2 people in front of me, 1 staff. I waited. Another staff appears to help the person infront of me. I wait... then magically another staff appears; my lucky day... I thought...! This dude walks up and slowly puts his gloves on. His eyes look like he has pulled one to many tokes off of a vape. I tell him what I want and he pulls this beautiful 12" long loaf of Italian bread out. As he starts cutting it, he sniffles and then raises his forearm to his nose and swipes his snotty nose all the way down to the top of his glove, as he breathes in deep through nostrils, making that slurpy snotty sound that we all know. Then continues cutting my bread. I couldn't do it. I like to think I'm always overly nice to service staff, but I couldn't do it. I was grossed out and told him as much before I left, once again, without a sub.
1 star because it just feels right. If you have 3 staff, use them!
Whoever you have working in the store tonight needs to be re trained immediately, it took the young man 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches.
