I miss cozy! There’s no other place like it. From the redbulls to the actual coffee drinks. I can’t find another place that makes my drinks like here. Definitely miss cozy being states away.

We are very frequent customers at both cozy locations we sometimes go twice a day, we have noticed it has kinda gone down hill 😬 they are frequently out of 32oz cups and and even whip when we specifically order our 5 to 6 drinks with whip and pay for it and get our drinks with no whip. Our drinks never taste the same and that's disappointing service isn't all that great either, the wait is a bit much but wouldn't mind it if our drink were made right, and also we can order the same drinks and size and it's always a different price depending on who is charging. We've considered going to a different coffee shop maybe if they got a little competition they would step up their game again. Also we had got a hair in our drink and when we pointed it out to the girl just took off the lid and pulled it out and gave it to us 🤮 so disappointing

Cozy coffee is by far one of the best coffee places in the mini cassia area! Cozy coffee has a great atmosphere, breakfast items/treats, a yummy variety of drinks, and best of all amazing customer service! My favorite part about cozy coffee is feeling like your family, they truly show how much they care about their customers! A visit to cozy will always make your day better!

Smiling happy faces and the owners even work the shops! DON’T let the long lines intimidate you, you’ll get up to the window and get your drink and a friendly greeting every time! It’s worth the wait in line! 💛

Really great coffee with unique flavor combinations and seasonal specials. Great espresso. Amazing and friendly service with a smile. Very close to interstate for those needed coffee breaks on long road trips. Thanks again I’ll be back!
Waited 11 minutes in line with one car in front of us. They made three drinks for that car and when we got to the window they still didnt have our one drink ready. Need to pick up the speed. 3 drinks in 11 minute's is beyond slow.
In response to your reply: 4 vehicles showed up after we ordered they were not in line when we ordered. Only one vehicle was in front of us. If the baritas wanted to chat with that customer to provide that great customer service; pull the customer forward or chat later after the other customers were given their order(s). When pulling up to the window we were not rude as you implied simply asked if the drink was ready and they had not even started it, and yes time is important, so the barista standing there swirling her drink with a straw made it evident our time was not important. I travel A LOT and stop at a ton of places and this is by far a long wait time. Maybe in your town this is adequate time but for many others who see other places this is not. Your should enjoy your day as well.

Stopped by wnatung some coffee driving cross country.Super cute drive thru coffee shop! The coffee and their bagels are so delicious! Super reasonable priced. Everyone is so nice. If I ever go back the same way I will definitely stop by again!
