Me and my friend both love this place, so we’d go here at lunch and get drinks all of us would pay separately with card right, well today me and my friend went and she paid with card then I went to pay with mine and she was like sorry but you have to pay with cash, which makes no sense because what’s the difference in me using card then someone behind me using card so it makes no sense, service she was very rude if I’m being honest.

We are very frequent customers at both cozy locations we sometimes go twice a day, we have noticed it has kinda gone down hill 😬 they are frequently out of 32oz cups and and even whip when we specifically order our 5 to 6 drinks with whip and pay for it and get our drinks with no whip. Our drinks never taste the same and that's disappointing service isn't all that great either, the wait is a bit much but wouldn't mind it if our drink were made right, and also we can order the same drinks and size and it's always a different price depending on who is charging. We've considered going to a different coffee shop maybe if they got a little competition they would step up their game again. Also we had got a hair in our drink and when we pointed it out to the girl just took off the lid and pulled it out and gave it to us 🤮 so disappointing
Cozy coffee is by far one of the best coffee places in the mini cassia area! Cozy coffee has a great atmosphere, breakfast items/treats, a yummy variety of drinks, and best of all amazing customer service! My favorite part about cozy coffee is feeling like your family, they truly show how much they care about their customers! A visit to cozy will always make your day better!

Smiling happy faces and the owners even work the shops! DON’T let the long lines intimidate you, you’ll get up to the window and get your drink and a friendly greeting every time! It’s worth the wait in line! 💛

I have been going regularly for awhile now and I have never been disappointed. I am always greeted with a smile and a hi. Love my little notes i get once in a while. I appreciate all the Barista's, with all the customers the Barista's always remember what i drink and how I drink it and pretty sure we are all on a first name basis. :-) Thank you everyone at Cozy. <3
