The service was quick and friendly but i got two number threes instead of the two number twos i ordered. I'm not available to go back tonight to correct the order so i am very disappointed because my burgers are not only smaller but have onion rings on them which will sadly be a waste as the person this meal was intended for does not like onion rings.

We ordered 2 chicken baskets and when we got home there was no gravy in either one. The toast was warm bread that was soggy with butter. This is the second time this has happened. Guess I need to check from now on or just eat at the Burley one which has always served us well. Sure would like to stay at Rupert because it is so much closer. But worth the drive for better food.

Was going to get an ice cream cake for my brother's birthday but I saw they were all expired by a week. I told the girl ans she didn't even seem to care and didn't take them out of the freezer. If you're gonna pay that much for an ice cream cake make sure you check the date. We went to the Burley DQ And they had fresh ones out.

evey has been the best server I could possible have. She was such an Angel and made sure that me and my husband were well serviced the entire time and we even gave her a tip! She deserves to be promoted phenomial experience at dairy queen.

Chocolate dipped icecream cones are great! Only complaint is the person serving it, is usually holding it by the top of the cone with their bare hand instead of around the paper part that's wrapped around the cone ?Fries are ?

I was there last night 09/25/2023- drive thru was super slow so we went in to see what was the hold up. Well full of all teens holding hands ect behind the scenes. Nothing organized. Nobody had specific jobs. I saw three different people handle a drive thru bag it was packed and unpack by three different people and i am sure the people probably weren't impressed with their food. Inside we waited like 20+ mins for 2 burgers and cheese curds then to boot they were COLD like not just a little Cold. I have worked in fast food for many years and this one needs organization.

I placed my normal order and the dollar amount was higher than normal. When I showed a receipt from the week prior the cashier went to her manager and the manager just told the cashier that the prices had gone up. In reality they entered the wrong size of BLIZZARD. POOR SERVICE WHEN THE MANAGER IS A LIAR!
