They never answer their phones. That results in being transferred to the call center which has the rudest people I have ever talked to. They speak to you like you're an idiot and they hang up on you constantly. I understand they are understaffed at the Rupert location, but that doesn't mean you just don't do your job. Answer your phones and you will get less pissed off people. Also, there shouldn't be any reason the customers get transferred to the call center when trying to place an order, it's absolutely useless.

Just about have to walk in to get anything. The app sucks, can't call in to order or you'll get put on hold, they always take more time then they tell you, and get your order wrong. For the time spent you're better off going to Ridleys, buying a tombstone pizza and making it yourself.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to set up new number new address. I have ordered from Pizza Hut in Rupert many times before. So when I called in to get everything set up, he seems to be struggling on the coordinates of my house. He then puts me on hold and says " let me get my manager real quick ". I tell him go right ahead no problem at all. He then proceeds to tell me that because they have a new system they will not be delivering my order and that if I want to order anything I need to go and pick it up. They could have asked me my address and put it into their own GPS to bring me my food but they didn't. I then told the guy that was the worst excuse I have ever heard. They then immediately hung up on me without any further assistance.
