Ordered 3 sandwiches on the app 2 supposed to be toasted and did not get toasted got salt and pepper they put way to much salt and the 3rd one the bread wasn't even cooked all the way I could understand forgetting to toast it or putting a Lil to much salt on them is they where in a rush and super busy but these guys where just sitting in there not doing a thing when your not busy at least take the time to do your dang job right

I ordered a breakfast steak egg and cheese and the egg was still frozen when I called and asked for my money back they refused. They have messed up 3 orders in a row now which has totaled over 70 dollars and no fixing the order no refund nothing to make it right. Frozen food served is a massive health code violation which make one wonder what else is not up to code?

The portion of meat was iffy lettuce was hardly fresh. Both of us threw lettuce away. Everything else was good. I'm kinda disappointed.

evan was very nice & helpful. there were two other workers just doing their own thing instead of helping. seemed like evan wasn’t 100% sure what he was doing & i got charged for more than i should have.

3 ringed circus! I've never been to a slower Subway, where there were 4 people working the counter! The manager who was making my sandwich, kept stopping to start other online orders.. I did the right moral thing and paid for the sandwich, but left before it was done! $13 for a foot long sandwich, and the manager makes the customers standing in line, wait even longer because they are behind on online orders? These are the same people demanding $20 an hour? I'll take my money somewhere else!

They don't ask if you have coupons. And then when you do go to pay they say oh that's not under the coupons. Don't fall for the coupons they don't give you the discount. My chicken was cold when I went to eat it and I live less then 5 minutes away.
