The al pastor and carne asada are prepped and cooked exactly how they should be. Plenty of meat and the handmade tortillas set them apart from the others. The tacos consistently taste fresh and flavorful… not oily or overcooked like some places here.
If you’re just looking for a place to smash a bunch of tacos good tacos, go here. It’s the best in this area, no question.

i’ve lived here in Burley for quite a while, and this is the first Mexican restaurant that I have been impressed with the most the food is amazing along with the portions. Everything has some amazing flavors and combinations of spices that you can taste truthfully, I would go and eat there every day if I possibly could, but I will say Tacos Amador is my favorite Mexican restaurant and will always be my favorite in the area.

The food was AMAZING!! We drove from Twin Falls just to eat here. The owners were so nice and welcoming! The turnaround time in making the food was 10/10 as well. All around an awesome family business. Very much worth the drive!!
