So my review is mixed because the service was absolutely top notch. The girl who helped me was exactly what you would want in a customer service professional. She was polite informative and simply a pleasure to interact with. The food however was awful. I'd never had the food here before and won't again. It was fresh hot and just tasted terrible. I gagged on the burger and just threw it out after 1 bite. I'll go there 1 more time to try the ice cream only because the employee was so great. I hate that I don't know her name she really was the highlight of my visit.

On the window was a sign for the price of a meal and we were charged more than what the sign said. They offered to refund the difference back to the card and so we left. Not only did they not refund the money but they also gave us the wrong hamburger meal too. Wait times are horrible here!

I went through the drive through and Rick and Amanda were very friendly, kind, and helpful. It was great to see smiling faces even though I’m sure they were tired from work.
I’ve been to a lot of Artic Circles in my time and this is by far the best. It was so clean, smelled cleaned, the cashier was so nice, I think his name was Rick. I’m so incredibly impressed because the surrounding Artic Circles are not nearly as nice. I will %100 be coming back.

Honestly, it's the best arctic circle I've ever been to. The food is always piping hot. The service is incredibly fast and very nice. They seem like they are always trying to make someone's day. The indoor play room is clean. Once again, the best arctic circle out there.

I was a little disappointed in the Burger I had here. It seemed somewhat dry and lifeless. They may have been fighting with my romanticized idea of going to Arctic Circle as a kid (and i hadn't been to one in more than ten years). I didn't expect them to be five guys, but I was hoping for more.
