The food here is generally really good. I highly recommend the Hot Old Fashioned. It's a delicious sandwich basically made on garlic bread. Their Pizzas are also really good. It's like a diner in a lot of ways, and they pull from a lot of different American cultures for their menu making a nice shmorgesboard to choose from on any given day. Completely amazing, so delicious and really enjoyed the food. The service was very nice, got the food out quickly and kindly, everyone was so friendly. I utterly recommend if driving through the town.
I ordered a sausage pizza bomb( calzone) while on vacation this past week in this awesome little town. This Calzone was so so good. I’ve had calzones in NY, Chicago and many different places. I was hesitant because I never had a good balance of ingredients. This pizza bomb was perfect. Not too much of one thing and plenty of the right things. Perfect balance. From the time I called until I finished it, everything was. Awesome
