Place is closed down:( we were so sad and wanted to try it
Food was decent, took over an hour to get 4 pizzas. Staff didn’t seem to care about the insane wait either. I’m assuming they’re extremely understaffed, in that case management needs to step it up

Unbelievably slow. Been sitting here for almost 2 hours still waiting for our salads. Watching people who have been here more than an hour less than us get their food. Out of chicken, onions, wings, ranch etc... when the sandwich finally showed up it had BBQ sauce and lettuce
thats it. When we were finally done we asked for a to go box and the employee picked up the box off of the floor to hand it to us. Sloooooooooooooooooow and unorganized.

i waited over an hour after they told me it would be 30 minutes. when i went in there nobody seemed to be doing much. then because they weren’t being watched in the oven the edges are burnt. not impressed with their staff and my order today.

My husband and I have decided that we are going to stop going. The food is good but the service is horrible. It is not that they dont have enough servers, they had three or more the last two times we went. The problem is that the servers are poorly trained or they do not have a manager to keep them on track. We were there for lunch today and once we placed our orders, we waited, and waited, and waited. The other table got served after waiting 30 minutes but we were there first! The staff is either talking too much or they have scattered thinking. Management really needs to be more involved in the business. The food has always been good but the service sucks.
A little disappointed with the size af the pizzas for the price.

My family always stops at Mad Moose Pizza anytime we are in the area, and we go from SLC to West Yellowstone at least twice a year. We look forward to the delicious food and the menu has a wide variety for us all. The salads are pretty unbelievable by all the options available on the salad. The pizza is very good and like the variety of flavors. The atmosphere is great with outside seating available and the staff ALWAYS attentive and super friendly!!! Great trailer parking and can take dog on outside deck. A+++

We figured we’d try out a local restaurant after floating Big Springs today, needless to say we will not be back. We ordered a Salad, cheesey bread sticks, wings and 4 11” pizzas between 8 of us. They were not busy at all and it took 45 minutes for the first pizza to come out and the last didn’t show up till an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. Almost everything was burnt to a crisp. Pizzas were also made wrong and only had 4-8 pieces of ham/peperoni on each full pizza. I had ordered an additional pizza and cinnamon sticks to go home, we watched the pizza get dropped on the floor coming out of the oven so I just asked for a refund rather than wait for a new one. I was told I couldn’t have my refund back in cash which was how I originally paid that it had to go back onto a card. So now here I am, hoping my refund actually shows up for the food we didn’t get and am still left hungry from dinner being burnt Save yourself the time and drive to Dominos or Pizza Hut.

They did not have enough help for a Saturday at 4:30 and they weren't even busy when we arrived. Food didn't get to the table for 45min to an hour. Pepperoni and Canadian Bacon 11' pizza only come with 8 pieces of meat so it's basically a cheese pizza. Smallest wings I've ever paid $18 for 12. We love trying local places but this one will be a one and done. No plates, silverware, or napkins on the table. We had to remind them what we haf ordered before we got everything. We won't ever come back.

Our calzones were raw in multiple places. The restaurant was very empty and the service staff was kind of just screwing around in the back. The pizza's tasted alright if you ate around the raw dough.

Dietary restrictions: One in our family is allergic to dairy protein. This was definitely the best pizza with only sauce and toppings ever tasted. Delicious! The crust is so light and crispy. The barbecue were perfectly yummy! This our new favorite pizza ans wings place♥️
