We spent one night at the Silver Horseshoe Inn while traveling. We loved it. The service was welcoming, friendly, and fun. The place itself is impeccably clean, extremely thoughtfully decorated. We stayed in the suite, which was very comfortable, and felt like an historic place. This was the only time, of hundreds of hotel stays, that I have ever photographed a room as we were leaving. It is charming and special.
What a pleasant surprise! The Silver Horseshoe Inn far exceeded our expectations. Tastefully remodeled with great furnishings and amenities, our room was what I’d call the best of both Airbnb and hotel worlds. Comfy queen bed and couch, fully-stocked kitchen, desk, space heater, amazing fridge, extra linens, plenty of toiletries. Bunk beds for kids (extra $15/pp). And did I mention the included breakfast (in the fridge & freezer)? The two of us could have made four meals from just that. The amenities really included anything one might need.
The owner was very friendly and helpful, offering advice on local eateries, etc.
Starting about Idaho Falls, lodging prices go up the closer you get to Yellowstone. Considering this is only 70 miles from the park, I’d consider it a best value. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Loved staying here! The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We loved the “old west” style. Having breakfast in the fridge in your room available was so nice.
What a cozy spot to stay at. We stayed in one of the studios and it had pretty much everything we needed. Their restaurant isn’t open yet, so they hooked us up with all the breakfast stuff to make our own breakfast (nice touch with the little orange juices). The bed was super comfy, and we slept really well. If you're looking for a unique place to stay, go ahead and book a room here. The owner was really friendly and we had a great chat about hunting. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re passing through town.
Very nice place to stay. We had a suite, it was very historic and nice. The owner was very nice & helpful.
After a few days in Yellowstone & Grand Tetons this hotel was a great place to rest our heads & do some laundry for the next leg of our trip. Hotel staff was very personable & accommodating. Rooms were updated, spacious & clean. Would stay again!
We stopped for a night on our way from Wyoming to Montana to check out Idaho. Charming hotel, clean, remodeled, large spacious rooms, free to do our laundry at no charge. We stopped in this area to check out the sand dunes. Front desk staff was a pleasure. Only 12 rooms so very quiet. I would recommend & stay here again!
Really neat historic hotel. I recommend staying here if passing through.
Had a wonderful stay here! Very friendly owner, beautiful room, and the refrigerator was stocked with breakfast items! Would highly recommend staying here😎
Just stayed at this little cute, cozy hotel in St. Anthony , ID. The rooms are really nice and updated and the atmosphere is excellent. I can't wait to see what the whole property looks like as they complete the remodel. Definitely coming back in future.
