On Sunday September 1st my boyfriend and myself decided to try this place out because the food smelled absolutely amazing. I got in line behind a woman and two children and my boyfriend joined me in line. As we were about to move forward the girl at the window this is they were closed and shut the window. I felt this was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had been waiting on line for 15 minutes before the posted closing time. Do I will never know if the food was really as good as it smelled.

This place seriously fell off. Their food is insanely slow, their employees and environment are messy, unprofessional, and frankly quite lazy. As an amusement park food employee, I'm familiar with overpriced, slow food, and this is worse. I waited 45 minutes for 1 order that I could have made myself in under 20 minutes, and I paid $14 for it anyway. Just drive over to LaBeaus or Zipz and save yourself the trouble until they do better.
Went to the Bear Cave while visiting Bear Lake and ordered the Bear Cave burger combo and opted for the Raspberry shake with it. The Raspberry shake was very good, the fries were pretty good as well, and the burger was okay, wasn't a fan of the bun and I didn't see any gluten free options for a bun. The seating outside was plentiful and there was enough parking when our group went. My group had to wait for me as my food order was slow - as several people with similar orders behind me were getting their food before I did, not sure what happened there but that was a bit inconvenient.
We waited for 35 minutes just for our food to come out cold. I’m definitely upset at the 45 bucks it cost for 3 meals it’s outrageous. Not happy! The only thing that was good was the fries. I wish I could receive a refund.

The food is very good, we have tried almost all the food and we liked it, my wife loves shakes, my children love chicken strips and I love hamburgers. The place has parking, a small area for outdoor dining. The service of the workers is very good, very friendly and helpful, whenever we go to Bear Lake, we like to eat in this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Went to bear cave burgers Saturday night and the food was awesome BUT the service was so slow because half of the kids in there were not doing anything just sitting around talking. :(

Waited an hour for a shake. Went up to ask how much longer, and the waitress looked down confused and said your are right here, and she pointed to the milk shakes that had been sitting on the counter in the metal mixing cup waiting to be put in cups for a long time. The milk shakes were melted and ruined.

Pretty good little drive in coming off the lake. Service can take awhile but the food and ice cream is good and there's plenty of shaded seating
