We had dinner on Good Fiday at the Grapple. We were expecting greatness based on the reviews. We didn't quite get greatness, but we got good, even if it took a while to get there. We ordered two beers and received them 20 minutes after ordering them. Nice beer selection. Service was friendly, though very slow. Brought our poutine appetizer out with our dinners, which wasn't great.Sandwiches and burgers were pretty good. Fries are the new standard with the crunchy coating on the outside, which I despise. Poutine was good , but I didn't love the cold cheese curds that were part of it, just that they were cold.Restaurant opened their big garage door even though it was dinner in March in St. Maries, which was cool.Overall, good. No rush to get back but no reservations about going again.Kid-friendliness: A lot of kids running around in the restaurant and on the patio

Great burger and seasoned fries, beer was cold! One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long while, definitely will be back.

In My Horrible Opinion

Go for the fries & beer selection. The burger I had was good, not groundbreaking, but I ate it all. My wife liked her tart cider, which they had 2 ciders on tap. The food menu is pretty simple, not a ton of choices. The fries were

What a cool little hipstery place hidden in St.Maries! Growing up I don't think places like this existed around the area so it's nice to have something different. They have many beers on tap, some burgers and loaded fries. The food was pretty good and the place was pretty busy! Our server was attentive. I would recommend this place for a a burger and a beer!

Winter is here and the Grapple has your back with a warm a cozy fire in the corner, tasty food and a good beer. We always enjoy the casual atmosphere and friendly staff while trying what new beers they have on tap. It never disappoints.

The Grapple is a great hometown pub in Saint Maries. Good selection of drinks on tap, and some good burgers.

Buffalo chicken sandwich was flavorful, fried & Grapple sauce were perfect together. Huckleberry Seltzer tasted like a huckleberry wine but better! Perfect stop for lunch.
