It's pretty sad when the sauce packet is larger than a slider that they charged over $2 for. They reduced the slider size and increased the price... pretty sad Arby's.

Best place on earth for someone who has no teeth. Their beef sandwich is tender enough I can eat it with just my gums (getting dentures soon).

We just went through the drive thru and ordered 6 sandwiches. We requested one Arby’s and horsey’s sauce per sandwich from the young man at the window. He hand us one of each. When we requested more he rolled his eyes and handed us two more of each. Either he could count to 6 or didn’t think we needed what we requested. Customer service was not his priority today.

Previously had given 5 stars because of th4 best service ever but today they had some girl working the drive through window at about 6 pm who was extremely rude! I will never go back Here without calling ahead to see who's working. Ridiculous all I asked for was a couple sauces and she said she said she can only give one extra as if it was coming out of her own pocket or something and in which case I would gladly pay extra.

With Arby’s there’s a 50% chance its good, and not leftovers etc. It all depends on who works there. These guys care. And for me they’re 3 of 3 so far. Definitely recommend.

Super fast, nice employees, clean tables, restrooms, etc. Only complaint was the onion roll on our beef n cheddar was stale.
We came in after my children’s dance practice. Everyone was hungry! Addi was working the register. Greeted us with a smile, took our order, convinced us to get a combo, and some mozzarella sticks! (great sales pitch), and was so sweet! It’s rare to have great customer service these days, especially from teenagers! Food came out quick and CORRECT (winning) and everything was delicious especially being “fast food” 5 stars. The amazing customer service will bring us back!

We came late but they didn't say they won't let you eat in the restaurant until after we placed our order. The young man doing the fries and such seemed to be loading everything 1 fry at a time and finished several other orders at the drive through before even dropping our fries, so then we stood there forever. The other person (allowed to sit in the lobby before we got there) placed an additional order 5 minutes after us and got her order and left well before we got our fries. Then the fry container was only halfway full. So I went back in and the kid just gave me an additional box of fries. Just ridiculous

I love Aarby's, but this has happened more than once, so I finally decided to say something. I would suggest that If you are open at a certain time...is that your fryers be ready as well.
