We stopped at Arby's after shopping and were heading home, around 5 pm.we ordered 2 roast beefs for me and husband, and two kids chick strip meals. we live an hour and a half away. within 3-4 hours my son started vomiting up chicken. a couple hours later, he vomits again more chicken and has uncontrollable diarrhea...My son is five and is having the worst night of his life, he only had waffles in the morning and a pb and j around 11. and hes only vomiting up chicken. I regret not tearing apart his chicken to see if it was fully cooked!!!

the customer service of this arbys shines over sandpoint as a pedestal to what customer service in fast food should be. the lady that took me and my mothers order was very polite and created good conversation while taking our order, and getting everything right about it. as we were walking to get seated, our food was already ready for us and the kind gentleman that gave us our food was very helpful as well. the resturaunt itself is maintened fairly well, i just believe customers leave their trash there so i don’t blame it on the workers. the place is very clean overall and it has a good atmosphere. i love the view you get to enjoy as you eat your food as well. sandpoint is a beautiful town and eating arbys and dozing off into the sunset with food all around me really boosts my seratonin levels. overall, this arbys is a hit. i recommendKid-friendliness: the lady that served my mother and i was also very accommodating to a couple kids that came into the store, making them feel as if they are in a space station of some sort. really giving the kids an experience they can enjoy. i believe the ladies name was bree? very sweet lady.

Messed up my order, however I understand because of how busy they were. Manager quickly fixed the problem, owner was in and seems like a very nice man. Staff was cordial and apologized multiple times. Food seems to have gotten much better since the last time I ate at this location. Will be back again.
