Beet and Basil is a very special flavor factory that proves a heavily vegetarian menu can impress any pallette! Get the "banh mi" sandwich to enjoy a perfectly crusty, yet chewy baguette with chicken (or tofu...but why?), fresh herbs, crisp vegetables accompanied with blasts of Asian flavors from a mix of three different soy sauces. My vegetarian spouse vouches for the herbed and delicately sweet "curry and naan" as a definite repeat purchase! Thank you, Beet and Basil crew, for being a bastion for adventurous and well-executed dishes and service! We will be back for more! (We won't tell anybody about how good the "lavender cheesecake" was because we don't want other customers to hog our share!)Vegetarian options: Excellent variety of vegetarian options. Our first order and B and B did not disappoint. We had the kung pao cauliflower, pho noodle soup,, and Bombay arancinis. Portions are more than ample. The prices are reasonable. We ordered & paid online. Easy. Our order was ready on time.

I got the Kung Pao Cauliflower and it’s The BEST cauliflower I’ve ever had in my life. Full of flavor, battered perfectly, and a huge portion. My fiancé got the Moroccan Salad with tofu and she absolutely loves it. Beet and Basil are truly food wizards. Definitely will be back again!!

Love love love! We tried the Banh Mi sandwich and the Moroccan salad today. Absolutely amazing! The sandwich is crispy inside, yet soft outside, with loads of yummy veggies and sauce. Salad is so rich in content and flavor. I keep discovering new items and new flavor. We are definitely coming back. Can't wait to try the Pho and Falafel wrap!

Tried the Banh Mi Sandwich today. Off the charts good! I typically order the pho with chicken (who knew the best pho I've ever had could come from a food truck in Sandpoint?) but decided to venture outside my comfort zone. So glad I did. Next time I'm trying the Falafel wrap.
