Delicious croissants! You can taste the butter in between the flaky layers. We stop here every time we are in Sandpoint. The folks there are kind, fast and the atmosphere is super clean and quaint. The sourdough is also so so good!

THE SANDWICHES HERE ARE HUGE!
I had the breakfast sandwich and my husband the turkey and both were very dry bread.
Other than that everything was wonderful.
If I ordered something with a croissant maybe ask them not to toast it? Not sure if they use the older ones for sandwiches or the toasting is a little too much. But they taste stale and dry on the sandwiches we ordered.
The regular bread sandwiches looked massive I would try one of those for sure.
Order something with avocado expect to get the whole avocado and that’s surprisingly awesome.
We also tried the gruffin 10/10 if I would have known I would have bought a dozen.
We also had the croissant with the cookie inside I believe. It was I think the best hands down!
All in all I would come again if I were in the area. Quite possibly the only place I would go in that area for the pastry alone. I would just make sure to order in a way to avoid a few things.

One of the best sandwiches we've had in years. We did the house on salted rosemary bread. The bread was so good, we bought a loaf to go!! And the salted caramel monkey bread was to die for. Oftentimes we are so disappointed in monkey bread, but this one looked good and tasted excellent. The service was prompt and friendly. We would definitely recommend!

Everything I've had from this bakery has been delicious! Their croissants are very light and buttery and their bread has a nice crust. I had their avocado toast and the flavor combination of pickled roots and micro greens was very enjoyable.
I didn’t know a croissant could taste so good until I came here. Also, the drip coffee is delicious and the huckleberry Danish is perfection.

These were some of the best crossaints I have ever had! I would die for that hazelnut cruffin. As this was the first (and most likely last) time we visited, we felt a little lost in the simple ordering process. The least the workers could do was make eye contact and ask us what we wanted, but instead we stood there for a few minutes as they looked down and pretended to be doing stuff until we randomly asked someone for an item and felt like an inconvenience.
