Highly recommend stopping here. Incredible quality pastries and small bites. All ingredients are locally sourced. Their flour provider is top-tier and you can taste the difference in their pastries and bread. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and care into their products. Also received unexpected incredible latte art on my latte! Such a nice surprise. Very lively coffee shop/bakery energized by kind, friendly workers. Theres also a ton of natural light and plenty of seating.

Vegetarian options include simple toast and croissant breakfast sando. I got the toast and it was very good. Soft cooked scrambled eggs and good jam with rosemary toast. Amazing danish! Coffee was low on flavor/syrup.

Solid 4.5~ closer to 5 stars. Fresh pastries, nice spot to hang out with friends or by yourself. I visited this spot many times while I was out here. I got the everything croissant, butter, chocolate, and almond. They were all great flaky croissants and good buttery flavor to them. I wasn't a big fan of the almond croissant because the almond filling was missing the richness and almond flavor. Besides that solid croissants. Their latte needed a bit more strength and I'd go for a double shot if I were to get the latte again.. if I'm ever back in this area.

I would 10/10 recommend this place! My friend and I got not great coffee from a cafe in town and decided to go here. The coffee was bomb and the lady who I ordered from gave me a great recommendation. The atmosphere and service is amazing. I will definitely be back ?

Great baked goods, great people, great sandwiches, great espresso drinks. I appreciate that they use tons of local producers for everything too.

Excellent! Split an avocado croissant sandwich -- exceptional creation. The tea was very good quality as well and everything in this place smelled or looked incredible. give this place a shot for lunch or breakfast and a pastry or coffee. they even have some beer selections if thats your thing, we loved it here.

Stopped by this place on the way to Montana and we were not disappointed. We ordered a cinnamon roll, ham filled croissant and a latte all were excellent. The place was bustling, so we were not the only ones that like this place, the only downside is that we could not try all the items on the menu. So if you are ever in Sandpoint and looking for a good bakery to grab your morning beverage and treat, please do not hesitate to give this place a try.

Delicious Americano coupled with the world's flakiest croissant makes for delightful culinary experience!
