Door Dash forgot my juice when brining my pesto melt. Called SBO to let them know. Was hoping they would just refund me. Not only did they give me a coupon for my next order but they drove my juice over to my work as a courtesy! The young man was so kind and quick. Totally went out of the way to correct a simple mistake. Accidents happen but this was a great gesture! Thank you so much. Hummus is delicious, pesto wrap is delicious and huge! Sandpoint Sunrise is perfect sweet to tangy.

Probably the best breakfast I have ever had! The juice was so delicious and the veggie scramble on the homemade tortilla was so tasty. I was so happy to see vegan cheesecake and it was also amazing. Everyone was super nice. I wish I had this place back where I live.

Update!! Still the same awesome food and service and they fixed the portion size. Salad is filling and better than ever. Thank you CBO for incorporating customer feedback and making the experience even better. Oh… and they serve Evans Bros Coffee… the best hot or iced. Old msg: Food and service is great. Love the organic whole ingredients just wish the portions were bigger. I would have to order two full size salads to satisfy my calorie requirements.

Amazing place for anyone with allergies. Dining out is always a nightmare for me but here they make it incredibly easy. Everything is fresh, organic, healthy, and homemade and the atmosphere is great.

They were busy during lunch time. It was quite spendy.... $22 for a juice and salad. But it was really really good. It was weird the juice was lukewarm with no ice in it. High quality ingredients and definitely the place if you have allergies or food sensitivity. Didn't wait too long. Staff seemed busy but attentive. No parking lot, street parking only.

Great restaurant with a family friendly vibe. Super high quality food, very healthy with great flavor. Many vegan and vegetarian options available. Really deserves five stars - these guys are doing it right, I eat here about once a week.

This place has such a cozy vibe. The food is off the charts good and the beverages are also terrific. Customer service is pleasant and seating. Provides a variety of atmospheres, including outside, should you bring a pet. There are plenty of choices for vegetarians and meatasauruses. They have a nice offering of desserts as well. I am honestly never disappointed and frequently go for lunch after church on Sunday. It's nicely set up to give opportunity for making new friends. We're sitting with a large family.
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, but i've actually tried a couple of the vegetarian dishes and they are excellent.
Parking: Even though the parking can occasionally be difficult and you may wait, it is worth the wait.
Kid-friendliness: I see lots of parents with children. And they always seem to find something on the menu to enjoy. Great seating options for larger families.
Counter girl took our order and rang me up. They brought out everything except for 1 order. So after we finished our food I asked about the dish that was never brought out. Come to find out the girl didn't ring me up because she didn't put it in the computer. She said she was sorry and rang me up and said that dish would be out soon. As we were waiting again a different employee came up and said it was never rang up and I need to come to the counter and pay for it after i was told it would be on the house. Bad service.
