For an upscale resort restaurant, they have a truly pathetic menu. And what is on the menu is often “not available.”

Great service! My steak was very tough, but cooked perfectly. Apps and drinks were great.

Food was pretty good, but WOW…terrible service. Drink orders taken 20 minutes after arrival. Drinks came an additional 20 minutes later. When we tried to order another round, the bar had closed—without anyone telling us. Waitress was dismissive. Just absurdly poor service. But the fireplace is cute and the trout was good.

Very tasty location at Schweitzer Mt Resort in Sandpoint. Good food (albeit smallish menu) served by cheerful and knowledgeable staff in a beautiful setting. What more do you want? We had the octopus street tacos (appetizer but works well for an entree if you have a smaller appetite) and chorizo/beef burger with mango salsa and fried egg on brioche bun. Both dishes were excellent, flavorful and attractively presented. Portions are large and we left stuffed! Will be back again. The access road up to the resort is a fantastic motorcycle ride BTW!!

Parking: The ski area parking lot is large but fills up on busy weekends. Can be a long hike from your car to the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Open spaces and big outdoor deck mean good location for children.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is possible to access the restaurant and deck in a wheelchair with some navigating. Park in the upper level where there is close-by handicapped parking and no stairs.

The bartender was very friendly, but our burgers were cold when we got them.

This was our first visit to Schweitzer and Crow’s Bench was a highlight. Stopped by for snacks and drinks first night and full dinner and drinks next night. Kelly was outstanding. She made us feel so welcome and helped us find the special drinks as well as great recommendations on appetizers and entrees. Can’t wait to visit again.

Crows bench was fantastic. Had a really great musician (on Saturday btw)

Kid-friendliness: The musician saw kids and only played clean songs - very thoughtful

We love Crows Bench for lunch, apres and dinner! Kelly at the bar does a phenomenal job of mixing up the best cocktails (try her margarita!) and the food never disappoints. Make sure to see what they have on special, and enjoy your time! Make a reservation for dinner or stop by the bar for apres.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome! We frequent with a larger group with 3+ kids and the servers are very accommodating and patient. Love!!

Less than stellar service and mediocre at best food. Sides are infinitesimal. Will NOT be going back. Cody, our waiter, was disinterested, never offered refills, dessert, or coffee. He truly acted like we were bothering him.

Great atmosphere food and decently priced for the location and meal.m for sure. I don’t recommend the cheese fondue although we did finish it all, I didn’t love it. I had the pork chop and the kids loved the Shirley temples.Highly recommended for a night out.
