Normally don't review fast food, but these guys sold me a chicken jerky sandwich.

They simply didn't have enough people working. And the people working obviously didn't want to be working there and hated thier jobs. The girl putting sandwiches together iratated by having to do her job.

Inaccurate hours on their signage. Drive thru is narrow and hard to back out of when they are closed and you can't get out

The staff was happy and helpful,they worked really good together. I had the teriyaki bowl meal as usual, it's really good. Hubby had the $1 tacos, he said they were good for the price. We shared the jalapeño poppers they were good too.

The worst experience ever.... her name tag said assistant manager. She was rude, abrupt and her customer service skills were lacking.

Couldn't get in through either of the doors at 7:30pm, sign said open til 10pm. Nobody who was inside would open the door, and just stared at us struggling to get in. So we went to Arby's instead.

The food was alright, it was decent for something quick but the customer service was very rude and seemed super upset with us, they messed up one of our drinks and fixed it but had a rude attitude

Sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. Was behind two cars. After about 10 minutes I got out to see what was going on, and the person at the front of the line told me they had no idea what was taking the workers so long, that he was told "they were dealing with a bunch of big orders," (except the lobby was completely empty...??) eventually got to move up to order, and then waited another 5-10 minutes just to get our food and pay. When I got up to the paying I joked and asked if it was free due to the wait and a very rude employee told me NO, (well, obvs...it was a joke... sort of.) but he wasn't apologetic at all, and was clearly in a bad mood. If he had even apologized I would have been much more understanding, (maybe he was working solo? Someone called out? Who knows... but I would have understood if I was met with an explanation instead of rudeness.) he proceeded to tell me they were already closed (it was NOW, after all this time, 10:04pm,) and I said then why didn't you say that before...? And he said "you would've been waiting in line anyway," which made no sense to me because I wouldn't have been waiting in line if I was told it was closed... But it wasn't closed when we drove up, so my guess is he was probably behind on closing and perhaps doing a round of illegal substances in the back or something, I don't know. All I know is the service was terrible and I have no intention of going back.
(For reference the only thing we ordered was a chocolate milkshake and jalapeno poppers, and the two people in front of us only ordered two-ish items as well, as I saw them handed out.)
Whoever was working needs to probably be reprimanded. His attitude and lack of concern for his customers wait time was atrocious for service work... And I AM a service worker, so I understand the job.
I didn't get his name but he had reddish hair and was missing teeth (no judgment, just for identification.)
