Not only is this the best Mexican food in the northwest, but our server Fawnda was probably the best server I’ve ever had! She really took care of us. Two thumbs up!!

Great employees. I have not been there but I know a dear friend of mine works there and thank you jalapenos restaurant for putting him back on his feet and having a work for you guys. Great job I will recommend everybody I know to come your way :-) All five stars from me.
Absolutely the worst Mexican food we have ever had! Who doesn’t serve fajitas on a sizzling platter? The vegetables were all but raw. No flavor at all. A tiny, tiny amount of refried beans - barely enough for a very thin dab on 2 fajitas - nowhere near enough for 4. And $20 on top of it all. Told the server who said ‘I’ll pass it along’ and ‘sorry’. Very disappointing. Never again.
Too bad I can't give a zero .. We were starving and coming back into town. We ordered a carne asada burrito and a fajita burrito. There was no sauce on the fajita burrito at all and my carne asada was a little chewy. When it came to the bill my jaw hit the ground. They charge a 10% take out fee which is outrageous! For 2 burritos we were charged $49! I asked about guacamole and she said it was extra, yet there was a a dollop in my box (which tells me they don't know the menu, or sheisting out extra to make more money). And my burrito comes with salsa fresca, but I didn't want it added to it when make so I can put on myself and I was charged for a side like it was extra! We will not be coming here again. Trying to squeeze out anything they can from you.

It's what you might expect from a chain "Mexican" restaurant. Food was reasonable, if not particularly authentic, service was attentive. Decor looked like it was trying a bit to hard to create a Mexican feel, complete with leftover Cinco de Mayo cardboard cutouts from a beer company (in September).

Parking is free if you can find a spot, which we did around the corner. We sat in the bar at a small round table for 2 next to a larger party of people and a table that was marked reserved due to a huge hole in the ceiling.
Free chips with two different salsas, mild & hot, were excellent to start off with. The hot was not hot was more of a medium. Ordered the Huckleberry Mule, which was weak and flavorless tasting...wish I would have ordered a beer like my husband. For dinner, I ordered chicken fajitas with four flour tortillas. I was surprised when they came out on a plate and not a skillet. As you can see in my photo, you have to search for the meat. I had a total of 6 small pieces of chicken and a bucket load of veggies. Also, there are very little rice and beans, but a good scoop of guacamole and sour cream. When I first saw my plate, I wondered if I had received a vegetarian dish. I had enough for 2 bites of chicken on 3 tortillas and a lot of veggies.
My hubby ordered the Steak Ranchero, which comes in either mild or hot tomato- garlic sauce with a choice of tortilla shells. He went with the hot because the "hot" salsa was not spicy. This was actually really spicy, and he went through a lot of water. A scoop of sour cream would have been nice. His dish had a lot of veggies but a decent amount of meat, too. His photo turned our blurry, but it gives you an idea. He liked his dish as the top sirloin was good, but again, overkill on veggies.
Staff were very friendly, but a little slow on service.

Watch out, I stopped to get a gift certificate and decided to pick up some lunch too. When I paid I noticed that they charge an automatic gratuity for take out and had charged a percentage on the full amount (gift certificate and food). Needless to say I was not happy to "tip" more than the cost of my lunch.

I am SO full! Such good food. Drinks, great portion sizes. The 7B nachos always fill us up before the meal even comes. Staff is always really nice too. Highly reccomend, you'll have a nice time!
