We got 2 different enchiladas and they used those premade chunks of chicken that come in a bag from the store, not shredded chicken. Also the sauces from both meals as well as the salsa were so beyond spicy, you can’t even enjoy it. The rice was literally white rice…. Super disappointed.

Not only my favorite food truck but my favorite place to eat in town. I probably have tacos here 3 days a week, and all the tacos are outstanding! Authentic Mexican food, family owned and operated. What really stands out, however, is the quality service. They answer the phone and greet kindly. No matter how busy they are I’m always left with the feeling they value and appreciate me. This is a prime example of the power of exceptional customer service!

This is 10/10 food and 10/10 people! We live an hour away and stumbled upon La Catrina but we are already planning the next time we can drive up to order from here. The food and their lemonade are made from scratch and just absolutely divine.
