Very small place, but well worth the wait if it's busy. The pot pie is superb! The pies are excellent.

Everyone on staff are great and super sweet too! I'd prob be broke if I lived here cuz it's the place to hang with the old school relaxing vibe!

We stopped in and got a few pieces of pie to go. The coconut is amazing. If you are craving pie you could come here for two weeks twice a day and enjoy a different flavor. Its really hard to choose which one you want, they all look so good.

The pie selection is what you'd expect with the name, and all delicious. The homemade soups, pot pies, quiche, and sandwiches make it the go-to place for lunch. Small, limited seating but worth a potential wait.

Stumbled onto this jewel during northwest adventure with my wife. We were visiting from Virginia & my wife was looking for Huckleberry pie & we found it. Lunch was amazing but don’t leave w/o a slice of Créme brûlée. Be careful because you may leave with the entire pie. Thank you for the warm and welcoming hospitality.

This is such a fun place to eat! My relatives come here all the time and have talked about it so much. I FINALLY was able to go and I was so impressed. Ots not the fanciest place but totally worth it! The food was so good, but the pies....SOOOO DELICIOUS. The Creme Brulee pie was TO DIE FOR! Seriously, it was the best pie I have ever ever had. Next time I will buy a second piece to take home, or better yet, a whole pie! Don't miss your chance!

The Pie Hut is a for sure stop when I go to Sandpoint. The pies are SOOOO delicious! I always get a whole one of the cherry with crumb top & at least 3 or 4 single pieces of other flavors to take home. The Creme Broule was the latest flavor I tried & WOW! It did not disappoint. My grandma & mom used to make plain rhubarb pies so The Pie Huts one brings some truly fond memories of my childhood. Thank you for that. I've only ever had the pies, but the food looks good too. So, to sum it up.....I hope you stop in & find something you love.

This was my first visit to Pie Hut, but it won’t be my last. There are a staggering number of pies available, and soup. What better comfort food combo is that?! My pie was delicious. The owner was very friendly…coming to our table twice to chat and see if we wanted refills on our ice water. My husband had TWO pieces of pie and said that the strawberry rhubarb is just like his grandma used to make.

After not eating here for about 5years, My lovely partner got me lunch, & I’m so thankful he did. Every bite brought back a sense of comfort and satisfaction I didn’t realize I missed so much.

I ordered the Vietnamese Bà Mì sandwich, and wow, it was exceptional. The ginger and garlic beef was flavorful and tender, the pickled carrots, onions, and cucumbers gave it the perfect refreshing crunch. The bread was soft but still perfectly toasted, giving each bite that ideal balance of texture. The sriracha mayo and cilantro pesto added just the right depth and brightness, while the fresh cilantro tied it all together. It was beautifully made, filling, balanced, and absolutely delicious. Truly a sandwich worth coming back for.

I also ordered the crème brûlée pie, which I’ve loved, and I’m happy to say it’s still delicious as I remember. The caramelized sugar topping was beautiful, with that golden crackle that gave way to a silky custard underneath. It was crunchy yet melted in my mouth with every bite. The only note I’d offer is that the crust had a slightly burnt, off taste, almost like it caught a bit too much flame, but that didn’t take away from the joy of eating it. The pie was still a treat, and I appreciated every bite.

Altogether, the sandwich, the clam chowder, and the pie made this return feel special. I hope others get the chance to enjoy it too. Totally worth it!
