Ordered two Bop bowls. 10/10. Absolutely amazing! One just veggie one chicken and both were phenomenal. All the pickled veggies were marinated in a different pickling brine and it made it a little adventure in a bowl.

I had the Bop bowl with grass fed steak and pickled veggies and it was DELICIOUS! I cook most of my meals from scratch at home and have a hard time finding satisfying food and this was so flavorful! It was big enough to split with my daughter.

I showed up late for lunch on a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon. Jeff was almost completely sold out of proteins for his delicious Korean dishes. He told me he had a rib eye steak that he was willing to cook up for me. I chose chapchae (street noodles at Jeff’s restaurant). Perfectly cooked, totally delicious, friendly service! Amazing and a definite “must try” in Sandpoint.
