The views and the food were phenomenal! I ordered the farmhouse burger and it did not disappoint, it's a pork/beef mix patty- tender and juicy. Their aoli sauce and pretzel bun was superb.
It makes it so much better as well if you hike/take the trail up! Really stirs up the appetite.

Incredible views from our table on the deck! Elohe taco Salad was huge, fresh and delicious! Service was a bit slow but it was due to lack of staff.(Too many call outs). Fantastic trip up the chairlift to see this beautiful landscape.

Beautiful view and kind waitress but the food is subpar for what I’d expect from Schweitzer. The chicken tacos barely had any meat in them and the shrimp in the shrimp taco was crunchy. The tacos come with a plate to put your own toppings on them which consisted of pickled red onion and plain, fresh out of a bag, dry cabbage. One might expect some sort of dressed slaw. The huckleberry lemonades were okay. The calamari was good. But $72 after tip for what we were served is pretty crazy.

Beautiful place to take a break for lunch on the mountain. Don't understand why there are no fries. Was told it too hard to hull up the mtn but yet all other items are up there and even potato wedges! LOL Maybe invest in a French fry cutter and cut as you sell?

This was my first time on the mountain. I was impressed with the view. The menu was confusing. I ordered the mongolian bulgogi grilled bok choy for $14. I thought I would get some bulgogi with the bok choy. What I actually got on my plate was one bok choy cut on half, barely grilled at all, cold, tough, and drizzled with 1/2 teaspoon of sauce. I couldn't even cut the leaves with the knife. For $14! Highway robbery at it's height. Maybe the elite vegetarians pay that kind of money for awful food, but for me, it's ridiculous. Definately won't do THAT again.

Really good food! The waitress was nice, the food was tasty, and the view is AMAZING! They were also really nice to adjust my sandwich to my preference without charging me to do so.

On a clearer day imagine views are spectacular. Still worth the chairlift ride despite the smoke haze. Drink was good and staff friendly.

Probably the worst salad we have ever had. Ordered a “Panzanella” salad, obviously no one knows what this is up there…they grabbed a handful of bagged salad greens, put a couple of cherry tomatoes on top, no dressing, nada and charged us $15.! I think grass clippings would have tasted about the same. Schweitzer’s food operation has gone straight downhill in the last couple of years, with no end in sight.

Great time riding the lift up on a beautiful day. The food here was surprisingly delicious! We had the bacon sando and the curried lettuce wraps (which I think the “lettuce” was large basil leaves??) and split an apricot cider. Finished off with the ice cream sandwich. All 5⭐️. Elaine was our server and she was great! They had GF and DF options as well as vegetarian.

The Skyhouse Restaurant at Schweitzer may be the best dining experience on the mountain. The restaurant offers a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home, with beautiful views of the surrounding terrain making it perfect for ski season or hiking in the off season. Plus, their menu is full of delicious and creative options that make it hard to choose just one item! Pictured here is my favorite French onion soup.
Overall, I highly recommend Skyhouse Restaurant to anyone visiting Schweitzer Mountain Resort. They have something for everyone whether you're looking for a quick bite during ski season or an extended break after a long hike. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, plus they always go above and beyond to make sure your experience is top-notch! Just be sure to check their hours as they vary based on the seasons.
