I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to share my frustration with this Subway location. My friend and I went in today, looking forward to getting a couple of cookies to go with his meal, only to be told they wouldn’t sell him any. Not because they were out, but because... they just didn’t feel like selling cookies, I guess? Totally baffling and disappointing. This is an unnecessary power trip. Sub wasn’t good either, it had a crunchy meatball in it. A simple cookie and meatball sub should never be a problem. Also the workers in there never seem to be having a good day.

Customer service was atrocious. The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. I almost canceled my order halfway through because the lady was acting like we were a huge bother to her and the other guys who were just hanging out in the back for almost five minutes having a chuckle. When they finally came out, it was just a rude attitude. After paying, I had to be the one to say thank you, and have a nice day. And she just followed up with ok. She had a dirty scowl the whole time and just throwing things on my sandwich again like it was a big bother to provide any service at all. I will not be returning to this subway.

Yikes the person working here was off the charts rude… good luck if you come here! It’s extremely sad because you can tell they hate their life so I feel bad even giving a bad review.

Abysmal Samurai

Placed an order for over 30$ online over an hour before listed closing time, only to have the Subway app void my purchase but take my money. Now I wait who knows how long to get my money back. No answer on phone at 7pm. Should change your hours if your going to close with no notice. Will go to Ponderay Subway from now on. Don't give this location your business, this isn't my first time having problems with this location.

I placed an order in the Subway app. One of the sandwiches was totally wrong.

I added chips and drink to one order. The cost was higher than a “combo” and when I went to get my drink, they were out of lemonade and ice. I called out a few time, but they were in the back and not responding. Nobody was around.

So frustrating. The bar seems low - just tell me there’s no lemonade and ice when I order - but I walked out frustrated.

Sandpoint is small so I’ll probably be back, but gonna do my best to patronize the Ponderay franchise as much as possible.

Where to begin... If u sit at the table next to drink machine and look up there is BLACK MOLD showing,they never have ice, lights in the bathrooms don't work. The slum lord who ownes this place needs to fix alot of things. Absolutely disgusting.

I would really like to see the workers wear their hair back and in a hat or hair net. Their hair was hanging down by their faces and the food and one woman had a pretty bad case of dandruff. I can't imagine how much of that was sprinkled on food throughout the day. The vegetables, most especially the lettuce looked really unappealing.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Saddest part? It was the ASSISTANT MANGER AND MANAGER that was at my service tonight. Won’t going back. Refused to toast my bread, for a while I’ve been going here, and have ALWAYS toasted my Flatbread. Food tasted terrible. It was like a mushed taco. Horrible.

Arrived at 1700. Chairs were up on tables, store was generally unkempt...trash on floor, tables filthy, fake plants covered in months of dust. No ice at the drink dispenser. Ordered a Veggie sub. They were out of tomatoes, pickles, olives and the lettuce looked like it was what they swept up off the floor. Halted the sandwich build at that point and departed. They were scheduled to be open for three more hours. A sad state of many affairs. One star rating is overly generous. Go to Mr Sub instead, it is easily 10 times better!!

I honestly wouldn't give this one star if it didn't make me to place a review.I placed and order online for convenience and I will NEVER do it again. The quality of sandwich is insane! If I received this in person I would want a refund no question. Super disappointed and probably won't be back for awhile. And how sad to say it's the worst sandwich I have ever had. What a bummer. Always order sandwiches inside I guess..
