It is funny that you answered this five years after I posted a five star establishment. I had to change that rating. Last year you (owner) let go of the manager for business reasons I won't discuss here. He was your most dedicated employee and loved working there at that time. He was very upbeat and happy, your patrons loved him as well and he brought many customers in. His five year dedication should have shown you that. He wasn't the only one you let go of due to your ethics. My husband was born and raised here and I for over 30 years. We know a lot of people. I can assure you NONE of them have returned. Your employees are the foundation of a flourishing business. I can only hope that you have prioritized how you run your business. I AM a business owner and have learned how important it is to treat my dedicated employees. I can only hope you have changed.

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere with the same menu as Baxter's upstairs. Great food, great cocktails, laid back place to spend an evening. Live music most weekends.The Back Door is not wheelchair accessible. Upstairs is Baxter's on Cedar which has the same menu and is wheelchair accessible.

My Husband and I came to eat here a few weeks ago and it was not only delicious and our food came exactly how we ordered it, but the nice live music was perfect! Not too loud and not annoying! I highly recommend coming here and the atmosphere was so beautiful!

Nice bar ambience...cozy setting. Live music. Great service, good menu. Halibut was great. Salads great. Loved the Codax Albarino. Son in law's jalapeno burger looked good. Pumpkn cheesecake delicious. Prices are fair. We will be back.

Bad service. Waited a long time for someone to even approach me. Not busy and not understaffed. Bar unattended for long periods of time. Not to mention the brutal wait to try and pay my tab. Can’t recommend.
