Where to begin. This was the best meal we had in Sandpoint as well as on our vacation. Please let me tell you why.

Food, let’s start with the stars of the show - the espresso martini (tasted like a melted milkshake 😍) and the Crème brûlée. Wow so worth getting the dessert. The entree we got included the steak as well as the special of the night , a gnocchi with pea puree, all of it was so good - each bite better than the last. we also got the Brussels sprouts as a starter and they were absolutely on point. We didn’t leave anything behind on the plate and were still talking about the food.

The server was busy, but gave us plenty of attention and was very kind. The atmosphere was very aesthetic and cute. The outside was also very cute. If I was closer I’d go here again. Next time we’re in town for sure!

There’s a lot of restaurants that are fine, but this one left me tasting the sauces trying to figure out how I could possibly make something half as good at home. Delicious place and well worth the money. Food was epic and cocktails were well-balanced and delicious.

Jacob was excellent and really gave us a lot of options. We had the sable fish and the shrimp and grits. It was really different from what we expected as we are from the South part of the US, but it was delicious and hearty. If they have coconut corn chowder get it. It was so good.

Wow! Amazing cocktails and fabulous food. The specialty cocktails are new takes on classics, with home made syrups and new additions that are surprising and delicious. Definitely recommend the granjara if you like a spicy marg! The food is mostly tapas style, with a few full sized meals designed for sharing. Highly recommend!!!

A lot of passion goes into these dishes. Very impressed with the layers of flavor in the pork chop dish. The house margarita was perfectly balanced. Can’t wait to go back!

This was by far the most upscale meal experience I've had since moving to Sandpoint 5 years ago. Can't wait to go back in the summer and experience the patio dining scene. Highly recommend for date night or a seasonal visit into Sandpoint!

We got to sit in the front room, by the bar. It was so cozy - perfect for a winter evening! The whiskey sour cocktail was *too* good and I think the creme brulee was the best I've ever had. The steak frites was enough for 3 to share and it was cooked perfectly.

Exceptional cuisine.
Old money, comfortable-in-your-own-skin vibe.
Creative cocktail selection.
Perfectly paced (hard to explain but no one likes to feel rushed or the opposite)
And the sweet spot of this special restaurant is the warm, connected & skillful service.
This place is heartfelt and wonderful.
Do yourself a favor and dine here.

Bank first time diners 2 different generations (age 50's and age 80's) stopped for lunch. The 80's are locals and remember what was in building over last 40 years and commented good job on ambiance. atmosphere of intimate warmth and welcome upon entering from stove was delightful. Bar seating was inviting would have been fun but 80's didn't want legs to dangle. While we had our choice of street side view, we chose booth at semi-open view kitchen. Age group 50's immensely enjoyed the cod with fries. The tartar was good. The aioli was stupendous. Age group 80's ordered burger. Service was spot on with drinks and timing. Cocktail and beer list was not intimidating but sassy enough to entice.. Did not try any wine. Order up was served hot. The 80's age group thought fries were not crisp enough but already have it on their list to try for dinner before dark. Chef was personable and stopped to chat despite prepping for a Friday night which really was nice bonus for chef in group. From an elder view advice would mark stair steps

Food was great. A bit over done seasoning but on the right track. Service ruined the experience. Imagine someone training the staff watched a movie where high end dining meant rude staff and went with that. Clearly they are unaware that fine dining establishments are staffed by fabulously friendly servers. Maybe try less hard with the food and way harder on service? We eat at alot of fine dining restaurants and this was not it for me. Gas station down the road has more class then these jokers.do better.
