The Hydra never fails me. Have came many times. Oysters were huge and flavorful, Cucumber basil martini was refreshing, prime rib cooked to perfection (medium- rare). Then the carrot cake was delicious, moist, and big!Julia was prompt an attentive to me as a single diner. Which I always appreciate. Told me all the good specials. Super fun unique layout with a bunch of different nooks. Our server was wonderful, it was our daughters first Shirley Temple and she made her a beautiful one. Only reason for less star, prices! The steak salad was on the skimpy side, though good.
