My prime was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. A lot of fat, took out about a quarter of the steak. Wife's chicken fettuccine was a little bland, but a little extra parmesan did the trick. Service was also amazing! Very courteous and had a sense of humor like us.

Drove out to Sandpoint to celebrate our friends engagement! I usually don't order steak out because it never comes out the way I want it! But this place nailed it! So glad I ordered the steak š sides were great too! Staff was friendly and helpful without feeling bothered!šš«¶

The appetizers were amazing. We had the cheese curds and artichoke spinach dip. So good. Entree was the hydra cut prime rib. Generous portions. Server was great as well

We arrived late in the evening, and the staff was very polite and friendly. Food was very good! One member of our party has dietary restrictions and the Hydra staff was very helpful in making substitutions. Next time we are in the area, we'll be back!

NO SEEDED OILS OUTSTANDING! We had a fabulous dinner celebration for my husbandās birthday. Both our meals were delicious. This was our first dining experience and we are looking forward to MANY more. I was stunned to see a page dedicated in the menu that they are NOT cooking with seeded oils. This in it self deserves a big āCONGRATULATIONSā! . Thank you Hydra Steakhouse for an outstanding evening and for cooking with the finest high quality ingredients. ā„ļø

My husband and I had a fabulous dinner and our server Diane was excellent! The bourbon ribeye and salmon piccata were exquisite. We both especially enjoyed the Maple bourbon old fashion cocktail. Everything was perfect! Thank you for a memorable first dining experience and we are looking forward to our next!

We ordered the prime rib .. it was a bit tougher than I expected.. the dinner doesnāt include salad any more or any kind of bread with dinner .. the waiter was very pleasant and efficient however, for 104$ for two pretty simple dinners I felt it was over priced. I really wish someone would oil the squeaky doors too !ā It was totally irritating.. it sounded like my dog winning., the HYDRA use to be so much betterā¦ if we could turn back time !
