Fire grilled with coarse cracked peppercorn.
Rib Eye (14 oz)
Center cut, specially seasoned, and fire grilled.

Food is great - service is mediocre. When customer is ordering each $60 steak dish(es) , you gotta listen with all ears and bring exactly what was ordered. Also- if steak has side options, you need to let customer decide- don’t bring what you feel ... food was 5 star - kudos to chef!!

We had dinner at Hydra Steakhouse and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We ordered cheese curds for the table and we all had different drinks from the bar-everything was made strong & delicious!

BEST steakhouse ever! You want delicious steaks in an intimate atmosphere, look no further. Took my husband here for his birthday and we had top notch service with a delicious on the house mud pie for two. Definitely coming back soon.
