I asked if they had lettuce wraps. They said yes. So I ordered a double hamburger as a lettuce wrap. I received a double CHEESEburger with shredded lettuce at the bottom. I ask where the lettuce wrap is they say this is their lettuce wrap. I point out that they shouldn't say they have a lettuce wrap when they don't. The cashier said she is told to say they have lettuce wraps.

Great stop for lunch between GTNP and SLC. We had chicken strips (dry but good flavor), cheese curds (yum!), and ice cream. The “shakes” were very stiff and needed a spoon - this is a good thing!- the best we the huckleberry!! We’d definitely go again!

We stopped for lunch on our way to a family vacation. Some chose to go to the restaurant across the street but most ate here. Because many of them were kids & we were in one car we reconvened here & to all eat together. To make sure we left plenty of room for any other patrons, we crammed into one table. Halfway into our meal an incredibly unpleasant worker made us all leave saying only people who ordered there could eat there. I could understand this if it was busy & we were taking up multiple tables or if we were being disruptive, but there were MANY open tables & a bulk majority of us did order there & we were just eating. Was very unimpressed how rude & unprofessional the worker was. We had to leave before finishing our food & eat in the parking lot.

The quality at the Soda Springs Arctic Circle has gone steadily downhill since the place changed ownership. The chocolate shakes are too strongly of chocolate, our order tonight had two incorrect sandwiches, both some pastrami sandwich substituted for a mushroom and swiss burger and fish sandwich , and even the fry sauce tastes different. The onion rings were decent, but the strange flavor of the fry sauce was a disappointment. The business would do well with a quality control inspector as well as someone to insure orders are correct.

Granted I did come in 15 before close, but the chef was saying they’d leave at 8, even if a customer didn’t get their food. They locked the doors with customers inside and customers waiting for their order outside. Have some patience and let the people get their food.

If I could leave zero stars, I ABSOLUTELY would. The head manager here is SO unfair and awful at treating her employees all equally and fairly. I have heard countless and endless story’s about how she treats her workers. I would not EVER recommend letting your children work here. It’s clearly her first time ever running a business.
