Went in on 5/8, All I can say whoever's in charge and running this place is doing a very poor job. I hope to see some sort of improvement.

If I could leave zero stars, I ABSOLUTELY would. The head manager here is SO unfair and awful at treating her employees all equally and fairly. I have heard countless and endless story’s about how she treats her workers. I would not EVER recommend letting your children work here. It’s clearly her first time ever running a business.

A little outdated but had wonderful service and the pastrami burger was amazing. Just moved here from Louisiana...I'd recommend it. Don't let the looks fool ya.

Don't know why I bother even commenting. My visit was so poor I thought surely someone would want to know. I ordered the $7 med chicken sand.fry and drink + med. Burger . I was told the drink machine was broken but I could have lemonade etc . I got 2 chicken sandwich. They were terribly dry and tasteless as were the buns. I got charged $3.09 additional for the lemonade substitute for coke I wanted. My wife's taco salad had what she described as a glob of TVP on a 1/4 bag of lettuce a few tomatoes on top a little guacamole and a huge green gob of decayed lettuce near the bottom, BUT the service was very fast. Total bill $19+........ I won't need to go back there very soon if ever.

We frequently pass through this town and every time it’s something new. Tonight they closed down 15 minutes early and when we walked in to order they immediately turned us down. It’s unfortunate that every time we pass through we are less and less inclined to stop as our experiences have not been great.
Average fast food experience. Nice food. Ok-ish service. Pretty cool decor in some places
Dietary restrictions: Not very open about what's inside the meals but you can Google it.
Parking: Around 12 spots
Kid-friendliness: Good kid options. They think it's tasty
Wheelchair accessibility: Tight entrance not very much room for a wheelchair to sit down next to a table.

This is the best Arctic Circle! That said, the restrooms especially, and the overall cleanliness of the place are starting to go downhill. It's sad.
Parking: There are only a few parking spots, and some folks park incorrectly, so we had to back out onto the highway to get out because the back exit was blocked.

Racist much? I’ve lived in Idaho for a while and as someone of color, experiencing racism was a concern due to the lack of diversity in the state. Up until my experience at this establishment, I’ve encountered nothing but amazing people. I came to Arctic to simply make an order for a vanilla cone. The family ahead of me had a large order that a new employee slightly messed up so it took a while. I was next in line followed by an elderly lady that walked in. One of their elderly employees (whose name I don’t know because she didn’t have any name tag) went to one of their other POS systems and to my astonishment, called on to the lady behind me to take her order. Once she was done, this said employee literally walked away and completely disregarded my presence. I noticed that she was trying to act as though she was preoccupied to avoid taking my order. However, I called out to her asking if she could take my order (because she clearly wasn’t doing anything). At this point I tried not to jump to any conclusions but what set me off was that she coldly eyed me up and down like I was filth. Her excuse was that she was “so busy” but she could take it anyway. She handed me my ice-cream without making eye contact or saying a word. I don’t think I’ll ever set foot in this establishment ever again, but if I do, I surely won’t take such treatment lightly.
