Waited 10 minutes in drive thru and finally went in. My order was wrong and the smallest I've ever had for 13$!! Will NEVER eat there again. Employees were rude!! Worst service I've ever had

The A&W in soda springs has stolen my heart . As soon as I entered the chevron/A&W/tacotime I was immediately enamored by the wonderful atmosphere and presence of the Holy Spirit. But then, I locked eyes with Anaya, and I knew I couldn’t leave without leaving a positive review. She serenaded our ears with song like poems that rung “will that be all?” And “how can I help?” I haven’t even eaten the food, but no matter how it turns out, my life will always be changed by the A&W in Soda Springs, Idaho.

Should have read the reviews. I can’t believe this place was even in business. When I went in there was 2 girls in the back and some guy that looks like he just got done working on a car was back there too. He didn’t work there but looked like he was testing the food. Food took forever+ the girl and her boyfriend playing around in the back = out of business or at least they should be. I don’t care if there only 3 people in a town you can’t let a place that serves food look like this. DONT COME HERE. READ ALL THE REVIEWS

This is the 4th time I have come to soda only for this place to tell me they open an hour later than it says online AGAIN for us to still wait until open for them to AGAIN tell me that they just started heating the oil and it will be 20-30 minute wait........ HOW WHEN THERE WERE TWO OR MORE EMPLOYEES HERE AN HOUR BEFORE YOU OPENED???????????? I changed my order to a coney dog and literally waited 32 minutes ANYWAY... Also in my wait I have seen two customers come, wait at the counter just to leave because nobody has come to greated them... even though you can hear them CLEAR AS DAY in the backgound screaming and chasing each other...you couldnt pay me to eat at this place again

Food tasted sour and weird , didn’t even finish it just threw it away . Cashier was very unprofessional in multiple categories, she had her friend who kept going into the kitchen which is unsanitary, the list goes on , but I’ll keep it short. However the male cook was awesome and friendly

Sat at drive thru forever before someone talked to me. Workers even seen me and no one e wanted to help me. No wonder why this place never has customers. Asked for Fry sauce twice and still not on my bag. Had to turn around and go in to get some.
They were so slow when we ordered. It took about 2 hours to get our food. And then they gave the opposite food that we get and then they, we're just mean about it.

We ordered a chicken finger combo, chilli cheese dog, and a chilli cheese fry. It took 27 mins to get our food. There was one customer in front of us. Then we found a hair in the chilli cheese fries. Definitely not somewhere you want to go for a quick bite to eat.
