We grew up in Evanston, Wyoming and Taco Time was a place we used to love getting food from. It's been years since we were home to visit and Taco Time was #1 for us to eat at. We were sad that the Taco Time in our home town was gone. So we were super excited when we came across this place in Idaho. There was only 1 lady running this place as far as we could tell. She was nice and was moving as fast as she could. We were not in a hurry and told her as such.
The food was not as we remember it but nothing ever is. The food was good and tasty and we will continue to eat at Taco Time when we visit. I think the sauce has changed a little but still tasty.

The cook was also the person who took our order so she was able to make a special dish for me that wasn't precisely on the menu. She made the best tots with meat and cheese.

I didn't get Taco Time I got A&W and I enjoyed it.
Really disappointed in the quality. I love TT but this franchise is the worst of the worst. My Mexi-fries had a layer oil in the container that swirled around when I picked it up. The crisp beef burrito had a flavor I never had before. It tasted rancid. Couldn’t finish it. Keep driving.

Ordered the chicken nachos. What is got was a small glob of nacho cheese on a fried flour shell. I ordered nachos since I'm Gluten Free. Girl at the counter said they don't have the stuff to make nachos after we got our food. I would hope they would say while ordering or take them off the menu. Terrible experience eat somewhere else.
Mysterious substance on hamburger doubles as a and w. Good ice cream though

A $10 burrito should not be that small. It was barely big enough to be considered a snack. Hopefully the owners will see this and adjust the portion sizes at least.

This Taco Time had the rudest young woman behind the counter, I have ever met. The food, compared to other Taco Times I have been too, and I've been to quite a few was the skimpiest portions, other than the lettuce, I've ever seen. The AC was turned up to 84 and it was sweltering inside the seating area. I don't go to Taco Time, ANY Taco Time, expecting a 4 star restaurant, but courtesy, a Taco with a bit more meat and cheese than a teaspoon full, and a comfortable clean seating area would be nice. The attached convenience store on the other hand was wonderful.

This is the very worst place to eat, go to Maverick. I order a Big Juan burrito, the rice was crunchy(not cooked) the refried beans looked like they came straight out of the can cold. . . And it took three of them over 40 minutes too manage that if I could give a negative number it would be -9
Just very lackluster. I understand it's not a busy busy spot and it's a tiny town but I do believe that ownership could do better. I don't blame the kids that work there.
