My fiancee and I did not stay at the hotel however we ate dinner at the restaurant for 5 nights in a row ! I am celiac and they have several dishes that are gluten free and they go out of their way to ensure I was safe. The food was out of this world and the employees were what took it over the top. We stopped in for pie and ice cream. It was fabulous! Everything was homemade. The interior was very quaint and homey. The staff, very friendly. Beautiful views of the Sawtooths from the back patio!!
So aesthetic and cute. We walked right in at 5 p.m. and got a table for two. We shared the Pork Belly Wraps, each had a glass of red wine, and I ordered the Korean BBQ Prime Brisket while my dad got the Pork Schnitzel with mushroom gravy.
